Subway

When we got there she was touching her nose without washing her hands she tried making our sandwiches. When we asked her to wash her hands she washed them with only water no soap and started being rude. She also gave us old bread from day before. This has not happened once it has happened many times.

This Subway on Detroit Rd is the one I usually go to and have always had great service there. The one disappointment was that they were out of the bread I prefer, but granted, I showed up a half hour before closing. Otherwise all the ingredients were still fresh and they prepared the sandwich perfectly. There is another Subway closer to my home, but I stopped going there because they were always out of all the bread except white. This would occur 2-3 hours before closing and happened almost everytime I went there, so this is why I now go to the Subway on Detroit where the bread issue only occurred once.

6/26/2018 - I'm in the restaurant right now waiting for the online order that I made for pickup at 12:20. It's now 12:42. I had to flag down the girl at the cash register when I arrived to get her to acknowledge me. When I told her I was there for my online order (it was 12:25 and the order was for 12:20) she just looked at me like I had three heads and then shrugged. So here I am, on my lunch break, sitting and waiting. It's funny, I make the online order so I don't have to wait but the guy that walked in the store ahead of me left before me with his food and he waited in line. Hell, five other people who walked in AFTER me walked out before me. I know because I counted. I have to pass the time somehow. I've made a couple online orders here previously and it was never this bad so I added a star. But at this point, the only thing keeping me from walking out is the thought that I would be giving these people a free $5.75 for nothing in return. To top it off, when I actually did have the sandwich made, they didn't have the provolone cheese I ordered.

I have never been to a Subway so clean. I remember coming to this place a year or so ago and you can tell that it's under new management. The service was great and the prices are lower than any other subway around for some reason. We have been going there a lot recently because my kids are obsessed and I don't mind either because it's been a great experience every time. The fresh brewed ice tea/lemonade is my fave.

Waited 15 minutes to have 2 sandwiches made with one other customer in the store. There was a sufficient amount of workers but for some reason the 2nd one who looked to be a manager just stood around watching her co worker struggle to make food and ring out. But since she was working on her own she wasnt very hygienic. Kept the same pair of gloves on while touching our food, things in the fridge, the register. She even just used a napkin to clean off her glove instead of changing it out. Definitely wont be returning, gross and the ordering process took way too long.

Had a great experience on Friday. I ordered a couple party trays with wraps and it was a hit at my work event. The wraps were delicious, the process was easy. I couldnt pick it up, so the lady offered to deliver for free. It was overall a positive experience. I plan on hosting a viewing party for sunday football and will definitely order from from this place. Great customer service. I usually get the tuna and its always perfect.
