I was very pleased with the service here. I had made my order and gotten my food quickly but realized I had forgotten to tell the lady that my burger supposed to be plain. So I waited for her to come back around to the window again and asked her politely if she would fix the burger even though it wasn't their fault. She fixed the burger for me ASAP without a second thought. I was very pleased with everything! Best Burger King experience I've had in the lake area for sure!

Would have given 5, if they didn't start making it after I arrived with my online preordered purchase that stated it would be ready for pickup immediately upon arrival. Also, did the whole, "drive around" for their time scores. Well, that's not accurate to have asked to drive around. Is it? My son & friends enjoyed the junk food they wanted. Online has good deals for 2 meals for only $10 fyi

Service was horrendous lady had to repeat everything 13 times still got the order wrong. You're supposed to get cheese on the Whopper and chicken sandwich of course that did not happen. Definitely one of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant

Depends on what time of the day you go p get great service. Sometimes they are so sweet and friendly and other times they are just rude and disrespectful. The food is normal burger King. Sometimes the fries are fresh and other times they are nasty.

Onionrings were cold even though we had to wait on them to cook. Burger was fair and as usual in order to make them look better to main office they pull you up to stop their timers.

Well it's Burger King, this particular Burger King does a hell of a lot of business because of the location so the food is fresh and they get the orders out quickly.

Food was good but it certainly wasn't fast. I think they take one person's order in the drive thru, then serve it, then take the next person's order. 2 people pulled out of the line and went somewhere else. Make sure you aren't low on fuel before getting in line

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food was fresh and hot and I was greeted at the door and when I left . Best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time . Thank you for the service.
