We love zig zag inn whenever we’re going over the mountain. The chicken strips, pizzas, and salad are our go to meals. I ordered soup last time, and I’d skip it next time. The staff is always friendly and I love the old cabin atmosphere. Great place for the family. :)

We just found out you can order a take and bake pizza. Oh my gosh best pizza ever. This is a hidden Jewel. The owners hold a such a high value to their customers and that's why we will keep coming back.

Stopped in for dinner while traveling through. Love the interior aesthetic, which is reminiscent of a 70s-era ski lodge.
The cheese bread was good, essentially a cheese pizza with fluffy crust and marinara sauce. However, the loaded chicken nachos would be a pass for my next visit, as they were dry and hard to eat since the cheese had cooled as one large mass.
The spicy hot chicken calzone was good, and much larger than I anticipated. I thought I could finished it, but only made it halfway though.
Hospitality was great! Overall, I’d return but be selective with what food I order.

I lived in Zig Zag for 10 years. That was 20 yrs ago. I've really missed this place. The food is still amazing. The pizza is so good you can't miss it. Best food on the mountain and the prices are still reasonable. Definitely stop here, or you will miss out.

I can't speak highly enough about this warm and friendly place. The pizza, pot roast and pasta were all outstanding, all at a surprisingly affordable price. I don't think you can go wrong here.

This place turned out to be great!! It was a Monday night and nothing was open in town or at the resort except ZigZag Inn so we went expecting nothing much and it was some of the best pizza ever! The service was great. My friends said the spaghetti and pot roast were yummy too. So happy we went here!

After hiking Mt Zigzag for a couple days, I wanted something other than cold spaghettios. I came here, where I was directed towards the back away from high society. I ordered the Mt Hood Burger. It is a protein bomb, good for repairing calves destroyed by Mt Zigzag. It was big and delicious. It took me 3 sessions to finish it. Definitely worth $12. My only regret is not ordering mushrooms on it. The back bar staff are friendly and helpful. The front is too bougie for adventurers.
