Rendezvous Grill

Visiting the Mt Hood area and found this restaurant on Google. It was a good choice. I had a shrimp dish with a Thai influence and it was excellent. My husband had the salmon fish and chips and substituted the chips for sweet potato and I thought it was "ok". Our server was awesome and made suggestions around the area. If I am back in the area, I will be back.

When my husband retired he was given a gift card for this place, and we finally made it. Completely worth the drive from Gresham. Staff are super attentive and welcoming, great cocktails - pro-tip, try the punch - and the food was amazing. Along with a shared bread basket and whole leaf Caesar salad, I had a New York strip steak, medium rare, and hubby got the pork chop special. Both were generous portions and were served with sauteed veggies and Yukon mashed potatoes. We each saved half our dinners so we (kinda) had room for dessert, which was Creme Anglaise and cinnamon peach cobbler. As we left I noticed they had put up a sign indicating they were sold out for the evening, so don't wait too late in the day - come early. I love finding new fave restaurants!

Ate here on recommendation from our B&B hosts. Great experience all around! The Maitre’D greeted us at the curb as we got out of the car, and escorted us to a table on the beautiful patio. Server was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the sweet potato fries as an appetizer, and were amazed at the portion size and the pleasantly unusual way they were seasoned, with bacon, cheese, and carmelized onions. I ordered the ravioli, which was very unique and inventive. It was delicious! The drinks were very good, as well.

First time visit was so nice and staff were very welcoming. The food was fabulously delicious and fresh homemade dishes that were ample and the drinks were superb. We plan to visit often and desserts were again homemade and scrumptious. Thanks for a wonderful meal on such a perfect day on the mountains.
