The chicken and cheddar is great and they have the broccoli cheddar soup from a chain sandwich shop. I highly recommend it.
They were very friendly and great service. My son tripped and spilled his milk all over their floor and was crying, they gave my son a free cookie to cheer him up. I felt horrible leaving a mess like that but they had great attitudes and didn't mind. Thank you!

Delicious sandwich! Was my first time eating here and I got the turkey! Basic and classic! Usually I just pick up other people's order but this time,it was MY TIME to eat lol!
UPDATE : Ubereats orders are EXTREMELY slowwww waiting for now, they used to have them ready on the shelf,and lord forbid you even ask about it,seems they come off bothered..its not ME complaining,but rather my customers waiting..
I just love potbelly’s… I get a regular turkey thin cut, which they remove some of the inner bread. The hot pepper are lit, definitely get them on your sandwich.. the jalapeños are fire.
Was in Houston on business for 2 weeks, pretty much ate dinner here every night. Always friendly staff, sandwich made to my request, no issues except once (Too Many Peppers) but it was still fantastic. I do recommend getting the Original Italian with Swiss instead of Provolone and add Double Bacon!! That's the Sandwich to have!!! And those Lemon Cheesecake Cookies are So Flipping Good!!
Potbelly is still one of my favorite sandwich stops to make a quick trip to, and this is one of the locations I frequent. Customer service is great and service is pretty quick, always satisfied with my order. No complaints here!
One thing that brings me back to Potbelly is their hot peppers. You can even buy a jar for $6.95 at any location. Give them a try!
Stopped in at this sandwich shop for lunch and was greeted very warmly. I went with the pizza melt and my wife had the a wreck. She wanted to get the avo turkey but they were out of avocado. She also tried the baked potato soup and I tried the oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and the spicy voodoo chips.
The pizza melt tasted like a pizza with bread. Which isn't bad I mean it is a pizza melt. The a wreck sandwich that my wife got was pretty tasty, very well put together she added lettuce and mayo. The baked potato soup was pretty tasty as well and she had to bacon on there. Finally the oatmeal cookie needed to have more oatmeal, but it was good I mean it was soft and chewy. Also, the spicy voodoo chips were delicious I need to find these on store shelves. I'm not sure which store to find them at most stores have the regular voodoo chips but these were delicious.
Overall it's a very solid sandwich shop.
first time trying potbelly. signed up online rewards and got a free sammy! chose the pizza melt! coupon and app was easy to use. staff was polite and picking up the sandwich was super simple. sandwich itself had amazing buttery bread, and the meat was super flavorful. well deserved 5 stars!

The staff was very attentive to customer needs. I'm allergic to mushrooms and asked that they wash the knife used to cut the sandwiches in half to ensure that I didn't get any cross-contamination. Not only did she wash the knife, she changed it out completely.
