This time the fajitas were just ok. Normally they come out sizzling but this time only the skillet it was on. But overall, I’m a lifer. Notice I didn’t take any pictures this time because it wasn’t quite photogenic. You gotta see the steem if not why take pics?

My date and I sat at the bar and I have to say this was the best Customer Service I have received by far. There were 3 bartenders and they would all be taking care of the bar seating area simultaneously; they were synchronized when it came to taking care of our needs while dining.
The margaritas were strong and tasty, the food was delicious, the meats were juicy and well seasoned.
Overall a great experience at this Pappasitos!

Service was excellent and waiter was very friendly. Food was delicious and right temperature. Manager came to our table and inquire if we were doing fine and if the food was to our taste. Very friendly atmosphere.. Will recommend to switch to Webster location.

Raul!!! Our sever Raul was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and aware. Engaging and still aware of his other tables. He never stopped moving while achieving that magical balance of being there when you needed wanted him but not hovering.

Anytime we are near a Pappasito's we must go. A vibrant atmosphere. Tasty drinks, cold beer and delicious food! Their Quail, trio Fajita Platter is mouth-watering!!

Food was amazing and the service was even better. The atmosphere is incredible. This was an all around great experience and definitely a place to come back too.
The chicken fajita tacos were outstanding and the rice was super flavorful, and I'm super picky when it comes to rice, so if I liked it, chances are you will too. Well done kitchen staff!

Can’t never go wrong with the fajita platter. Includes lamb and shrimp. Their sizzling delicious flavor. Service has always been great! The host are always greeting you the best and they have awesome customer service!!
