Dunkin'

While the employees are polite, they obviously do not pay enough attention to the “to go” orders. Whoever is in charge of those/door dash deliveries, isn’t doing a very good job. The last straw was the second time it happened to me within a month. My door dash order arrived with multiple items missing!! Definitely not a good look for a new store..

I try not to complain or put a bad review on any business, but the manager at this particular location went above and beyond to ruin my morning. I have ordered the same drink from dunkin for over 5 years, and she told me per corporate regulations they could not give it to me that way. Even though every Dunkin I have ever been to has been able to do it. I order a vanilla bean coolatta with the coffee syrup/ extract on the side so I can add it to my drink myself... not to mention I am 34 weeks pregnant and trying to monitor my caffeine intake and they always add too much if they do it themselves. They will not be receiving my business again if I can help it.

Awful place.I nought a Coke in a bottle for 2.00 and they charged 1.49 for a cup with ICE. RIDICULOUS..Its ripping people off. They were rude, out of donuts, treated rudely on Mother's Day... Another place in Waynesboro VA that is making people pay for a cup for their DRINKS PATHETIC....TIME TO BOYCOTT these businesses that are ripping Americans off

Went to this Dunkin Donuts today. Got in the drive-through lane, but it was very long. We ended up getting out of line to go inside and order. When we got to the front door, the door was locked. There was no signage. The workers inside just looked at me. Ummm what? So you can just close the lobby Willy-nilly? Ok. Well, please put some signage out so we know. Or just keep it open because there was no reason to have it closed in the first place….
