I was there to pick up five pounds of roast beef and buns. I was told to be there at 1:00 pm. Not only was my order not ready , there were three people in front of me waiting on the same thing. I figured they were keeping track on the order they should be getting our stuff together but they left that up to us and kept asking who's next. Completely and utterly disorganized. I spent 30 minutes waiting. That being said, the staff was apologetic and the final result was pretty good. Beef was as good as any Arby's and the cold sauces were cold and buns fresh. We will go back but expect delays.
