We chose to work with Mint catering for our wedding, and definitely were not let down! We chose to have a buffet-style dinner, and I can promise you the quality of their buffet food is just as good as many plated dinners! We received so many compliments on the food. Our good impression of Mint started right away when we taste tested the food at the restaurant. Their service and hospitality was amazing. We were a bit caught off guard when there were no contracts to sign (since we’ve signed our life away with so many others), but their small-town hospitality is the best way to go. They arrived to our venue right on time to set up and helped dismiss tables. They were great at keeping the buffet stocked and looking nice. I was especially impressed with the waitstaff, who went out of their way to check on the head table multiple times – They offered to get us seconds, take our plates, etc. After the dinner, they offered to keep the coffee at an open spot for dessert, which was a very nice touch for guests to get sleepy later in the night! I’m glad we chose Mint!

We were visiting from out of town and ate here twice (breakfast and dinner). The food was really delicious, and everyone there offered top rate service. Really friendly and warm. Wish this place was in my neighborhood.

I had the waygu beef with teriyaki glazed pineapple burger and my sister had the ribeye steak sandwich. Appetizer was crispy ravioli. All was amazing!

There were seven of us, we all ordered something different. Even the liver and onions! Some had drinks. Everyone loved their food. I had the tuna melt which I haven't had for a long time and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent! It's a small casual place, and good. I know they cater as well and someone who I know used them as caterers was always pleased.

This restaurant was opened in 1888. The food was awesome. The pesto vegetarian burger was one of the best I have had. Potato salad was great too. Everyone enjoyed the food. It’s located on a beautiful street.

Old time cafe/dinner experience. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Patrons were very sociable and welcoming too. I had the liver & onions. It was outstanding. Glad we stopped in for a bite to eat.

Julie from Mint Cafe was fantastic to work with for our wedding. Instead of trying to up-sell us, she made genuine recommendations based on what our wants were. She was quick to respond and very thorough in her communication. For example, I was asking her last-minute dietary questions for guests, and she responded quickly with great detail. On the wedding day she arrived on time, had plenty of food, and it tasted great. She saved the day for us, because our wedding cake was supposed to be pre-cut when it arrived, but it wasn't. She told us not to worry about it, and she would take care of it. Just amazing.

First time there by recommendation. Was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! So glad that we went!!! Lunch on a Friday, busy but we did get seated.I had a mushroom Swiss burger which I changed to cheddar cheese, Cole slaw and changed to onion rings with a side of ranch dressing. Burger was cooked medium. Burger was VERY juicy. Onion rings seemed to be beer battered. Tasted fantastic....not too greasy. Cole slaw was great as well. My husband had a gyro. He thoroughly enjoyed it as well. French fries were really good with the skins on. Very friendly staff. Service was great!! Very reasonably priced. We both highly recommend. We will go back next time we're in the area!!

The Mint is a local favorite! Always busy, people enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner! Old diner style atmosphere inside, including a classic dining counter. Staff is always friendly. The menu is traditional diner fare. Friday fish pieces were small, looked reminiscent of fish sticks actually, but with ordering 4, that was not an issue, the issue was the price tag of $15.99. Won't go back for fish fry. Love the dill tartar sauce. Offered sidewalk dining which we loved, right on the 400 block square/greenspace. Great local diner experience otherwise!
