Casey's

I’m a pretty big fan of Casey’s pizza. I’m the type who can grab a slice off the carousel which has obviously been orbiting for 6 or 7 hours and still find it to be an acceptable meal. Tonight’s order was easily the worst the pizza I have tasted from any restaurant, ever. We ordered a hot sausage pizza and an order of cheese bread. The pizza looked like it was covered in barbecue sauce, but it turned out to be burnt cheese. It was overcooked but it also wasn’t hot. I choked down a few bites, which had the texture of sand and a flavor which I struggle to explain. Nobody else in my family could make it past the first bite. The cheese bread tasted ok but was doughy and undercooked. The whole order was returned to the store. The first two people who I talked to at the counter weren’t able to help me get a refund so I left the pizza, cut my losses and headed straight for the competition. There were 4 people working in the kitchen while I waited for this order to be completed. It never should have made it out to me. It would be hard to order again from this Casey’s anytime soon. I admit that I haven’t left a review for all the times that I have had a good meal and service from this store and that’s why I will leave this with 3 stars. But tonight was a zero star kind of night.

I ordered two pizzas, two drinks and two cheese breads and only got 2 pizzas and 1 cheese bread. I asked the dasher about the missing drinks as it was the first thing i noticed and they said when they asked if it was all in store the Casey's employees said yes. Casey's dropped the ball here and i tried calling them 3 times and they don't answer their phones. How am i supposed to get what i paid for?

We called in to order pizza because their app was not working. They said my address was in the wrong city. I corrected them twice. They sent Doordash to the other city. Cleared it up with Doordash. Then, opened the pizzas and they gave us the wrong pizzas. Now trying to call them to tell them of their mistakes and the calls won't go through. They go to a recording saying to use the app. Worthless!

Beware before ordering pizza here. I work for a delivery service and spent some time at this store over the weekend. 1st the customer service from the kitchen is non existent. 2nd food quality so not there either. I went to pick up pizza 3 times from this place. 1st I showed up pizza should of been ready but told it hadn't been start and it would take another 30 mins. 2nd on same night during rush this time. Got there pizza was going in the oven that time so I sat and waited in the store. And I witnessed a customer come and pick there order to find out guy forgot to make one of her 3 pizzas. When she asked him about it he told straight to her face that he didn't have time to make it for her. She told him that she would go home and come back for it. His response was no I won't make it I dont have time and you aren't more important than the other tickets that are now ahead of you. I thought it couldn't get any worse. Then I watch the person cutting the pizzas struggle ever other pizza this person slid on the cutting board the cheese and toppings would slide off and they just scooped back onto the pizza and spread it around. I felt bad as one of my customers got a such pizza. The next day when I got an order at 4 o clock I thought it couldn't be bad now since it's before rush but was I wrong. Went in for 2 different orders they told me that one was finished and that I was waiting on the other one and to give them 15 minutes. So I went out side and came back and went to get my orders. The one I was waiting on was coming out the oven. They went to hand me that one and I asked for my other one. They then told me they hadn't started my first order and that it had a couple more tickets in front of it and couldn't put mine first even thought that order came before the others. Talked to the young manager that didn't care one bit. I waited for an hour at this store after it was supposed to be done. Over heard a customer who told 45 mins on the phone to be told they hadn't started his pizza and would be another 45 minutes. If they treat busines partners this I'd hate to be a customer.
