My brother may have accidentally sprinted into the fence right before dinner, but revisiting this place after 15 years was such a treat! Neil chatted with us for about 20 minutes. He went over the farms history, his family’s reasons for starting the farm and other things. The food was amazing, so good I didn’t even get a picture. Can’t wait to come back next time we visit Iowa!
Very interesting place that serves only one type of meal per day. Ours (pictured) was a slow cooked chicken thigh which was fantastic on top of a moist and sticky rice and various chickpeas and vegetables. Also had the juice they offer which was quite tasty. Everything is naturally farmed.
I have experienced this place many times. It is by far my favorite restaurant in the WORLD to enjoy a meal. It is actually what I look forward to most when traveling across I-80! The family owned establishment is a perfect getaway close to I-80.

He must not eat organic food regularly because it is very reasonable! I absolutely love love love this place. You will too!

Their service is excellent, the nourishing food was fantastic, and the restaurant itself is pristine. The menu of the day prices are on par with the quality of the food. Like, I cannot recommend LT Organic Farm enough. They have a cute little gift shop with handmade goods as well.
I’ve passed the sign for LT on 80 so many times going to and from Colorado, but always late at night. I’m so glad I passed it during the day this time around. We are 100% going to time our next trip so that we can stop in both on our way to CO and back home to IL.

Absolutely fantastic food. Great service. Family friendly, able to take the kids near the chickens and goats to see them. Food is a little higher priced but absolutely worth it.
A welcome reprieve from typical roadside fare. Less than a minute off the highway. Food was fast, fresh, and authentic. We also enjoyed perusing the locally made goodies in the store.
Amazingly nourishing and tasty food in a unique setting. Heads up, no credit cards. Very enjoyable experience with nice owners. Gift shop and goats... what more could you want?
