Domino's Pizza

They don’t have people checking the food before it gets sold. I was told they couldn’t remake the cheese bread because they made it small. Cheesy breast isn’t that small and the boss was trying to argue with me. Why can’t people just do their job and check the food. I wouldn’t be mad or take the food back if it was done correctly. Another time I order for delivery and this is what happened to my pizza. My cheesy bread wasn’t cut none of the food was edible. I’m tired of having to send my food back every single time I order there is no way you can make a mistake every time !!! This is the 5 fifth time they have resent me undercooked pizza I was told they couldn’t serve me this place should be closed or someone should be fired.

It is with a heavy heart that I document this because the female of Indian decent is an extraordinary worker. I've seen where she has SOLELY manned the store on a Saturday morning, online, walk-in and phone orders and even though I stood there waiting endlessly for my order to be ready, I had no choice but to tip her on how she maneuvered herself without displaying stress! However, I bought a pizza a month or so ago and her hair was on the box, not bad, right! Today, again, she was the ONLY person in the store and she provided excellent service as usual, but, sigh, I served my husband a couple of the hot slices on a paper plate and found her hair when he was done. Sigh, ok, so I thought that was the only bout of encountering her hair. I had mine a little later so I heated mine on a dinner plate and guess what, hmmmm, her hair again! OMG, I almost threw up, never a good thing to see hair in food! Anyway, thanks to my second "hair experience", I will begin to create my own pizzas until I'm able to perfect the art at home! I'll reiterate, she's an exemplary employee but, sorry, this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I honestly wish her good in her endeavor. Just a tip for Dominos and other food establishments...HAIR NETS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MANDATORY!!! NOTE TO DOMINO'S, 158 MANOR AVE, WATERBURY, CT.

I'll give them 1 star because I can't put 0 I was just there the staff were very unfriendly and rude for no reason I ask for plates, and a big was like nope I ask for napkins also was like nope very very bad customer service definitely not coming back also gonna call corporate!!! because employees like this guy is why business fail

Food never came (even tho it says delivered)I called two times the first time they handed up the phone right when she answered I’m still on hold after a hour at this point I don’t want my food I want my money back. I don’t know who they gave my food to but they never called me. I will not be ordering from here again. Don’t waste your time Ps- called the number and they didn’t do anything never got my money. Now I have to call my bank and see what they can do.
