I went to Frankie’s after about 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are very reasonable. I just wanted a hot dog. I may own an Italian restaurant but hot dogs are my true passion. (Lol) the hot dog was absolutely perfect and my soda was good as well. I’ll be back before another 10 years passes for sure.

I'll never starve because I'll always come in & eat @ Frankie's! Another great & timeless drive up spot (1960s retro) in Waterbury that's always consistent! Great Hot Dogs & Hamburgers as well as other fried foods! I have the Rib Eye Steak Sandwich with long hot peppers & onions & the fried mushrooms! Phenomenal! Definitely a place to add to the list to check out with the fam!

kinda disappointed that my order was taken correctly yet delivered incorrectly with missing items. they charged me full price. the food we got was not good enough to go back. I used to love their food, but I guess they changed how they prepare it or something. anyways, won't be back. 3 stars because the service was respectful and friendly and the hotdogs and steak fries are good. so bland, so mushy.i think even if they gave me the rest of my order, it would've been more of the bland.

I ordered the seafood platter. It was perfectly made, the scallops, fried clams and shrimp were cooked just right! Also had some french fried. Will continue to eat there.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise for lunch today - what a huge disappointment and waste of money. Received a giant Portuguese Roll with lettuce and had to look really hard to find the cold dried out chicken that was on the roll. They put tomato on it instead of mayonnaise that I asked for 3 times. I did not order tomato. All bread, but where's the chicken? At least the cheese cubes were edible. Totally not worth the $13.00 it cost me! I won't be back.

There is no in doors eating. Just take out. The food is good. And the are fast to get your food.
