Mcdonald's

I had two orders that was lost in the *Now Serving*. People who order after me was getting their food before mine, the staff looks like they don't know what they are doing. The front desk couldn't even pay attention to me and ignore me for a bit, but it was obvious to others that I've been trying to get their attention. Was there for 10-15minute waiting for my order when other got theirs (like I said they order way ahead of me not before me). Coming to the store I notice the store manager discipline the staff due to lacking and horsing around. So, I already knew this wasn't going to be a good experience. I would avoid this side of the chain and focus on other food chain locations, Reidville drive and Wolcott st, follow by the one in union street.

I went there and yes it was busy as usual. The lady who took my order was rude showing signs of attitude. I ordered 2 pumpkin pies 2 apple 2 small fries and 2 mcdoubles. There were 8 people who placed orders similar to mine and got there food 1st after ordering after me. The last guy orders a shake and 2 pumpkin pies. Now I've already waited 25 minutes for food for the lady to tell me they are out of pumpkin pies. Smh. Just to make it easier for themselves then tells me it's gonna be another 14 minute wait. Worst McDonald's in waterbury. Even the night manager wasn't helpful. Spreading the word so people don't waste there time
