Los Garcia Mexican Fusion

I’ve heard great things about Los Garcia for years now, and am honestly disappointed in myself that I hadn’t been sooner. Finally an opportunity presented itself, and I can attest that it’s 100% worth the hype! The tacos were fantastic, and I always know a place is legit when they double shell the tacos. Everything was super flavorful, including the guacamole and even the chips, which had a nice seasoning on them. We ordered ahead and the food was ready when we arrived, which was perfect since it was peak lunchtime. We sat in their indoor seating area, and it was an efficient and very tasty lunch. I also ordered a tamale (not pictured) and it was soooo good, it almost gives my favorite place for a tamale a run for its money! I live close by and definitely plan on returning when I’m craving authentic Mexican food.

I can see why this restaurant serves some of the best food in the city and why it has one of the best ratings. It is authentic Mexican food, yet with a twist. They pair the food with some creative flavors. They offer several different types of sauces that they have concocted. Their prices are more than reasonable for what they offer. The food is flavorful and very good.

The meat was not hot for nachos. It was like eating old nachos. At one time I use to say that it’s had the best nachos but they have been falling off every since they have gotten so much business. How about we show them who is in control them customer! They have the worst customer service in Waterbury in the Mexican food business. I myself have sent them a lot of business n the past, but they don’t respect there customers . New food truck to go to is the one on east maybe n street across from Barnes and nobles plaza , they appreciate and respect your business. I will never return to that food truck. Because I think they got too bog for their britches, and now don’t respect the Pythagorean made them popular! Which means the food suffers .They are too focused on the number of people they are serving and not the product. #Disappointingnachos#They didn’t care because I didn’t speak Spanish#Where is the people who want to make money and Respect their customers
