This place is amazing! Everything from pastry to bread and it’s all fantastic. They have a few places to sit and they do have coffee. Easy off/Easy on if your traveling I-84. Definitely worth a stop. Just check the hours before you go. I’d you want a great hot dog first, go to Frankie’s next door and then to Brooklyn Bakery for a treat.

Tried the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, glazed donut and Cinnamon sugar donut, carrot cake cupcake, eclair, and cream horn. The food was solid and the Cinnamon sugar donut was my favorite. I wasn't sure what donuts the bakery would have, but I remember seeing glazed, Jelly filled, powdered, lemon filled, maple bacon and Fruity pebbles donuts. Check out their sandwiches or baked goods! Lovely bakery and very helpful and patient staff. The bakery is located in a plaza, so plenty of parking is available.

With no exaggeration, this is literally the best donut I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been to many states and at this point still have not had a better doughnut. They are a full-service bakery including breakfast sandwich options. The staff is very friendly and very nice. You are able to put your order in the day before and skip the line when you pick up the order. The prices are very low. A dozen donuts here is cheaper than Dunkin’ Donuts, and the quality is much better. My only issue is that I can’t rate Brooklyn bakery any higher. Maybe someday when I create my own rating company, until then a five is all I can do. In case you can’t tell, stop in Brooklyn bakery if you are in the Waterbury area or traveling on 84.

😳 I’m speechless as to how GOOD these donuts are. It’s definitely a diamond in the rough! Small little mom and pop shop that makes fresh breads, bakery sandwiches, pastry and donuts right in back, which get carried out by the DOZENS! Get them while they were warm and you won’t be disappointed 🍩 😋 🥖

Amazing donuts that just melt in your mouth! Donuts are incredibly soft! Plenty of other sweets Treats at this bakery! Honestly The softest donuts I have ever had! First time here and I will definitely be back in the future! So mad I didn’t know about this place until recently! I have been missing out!

I’ve been a lifelong lover of Brooklyn Bakery. I’ve brought them all around the state to share with people. Today I call at 3pm To place an order for the morning and they tell me they are not taking any more orders for the morning. Then I was told to feel free to come in when they open, stand in line and get the exact donuts that I would like to order. STUPID policy. In this economy, one would think they would want to sell as many donuts as possible.
