I specifically asked for my food to be made fresh,and was assured that it would be! How about nothing I ordered was fresh. This is why business will never be good for this location! SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOOD THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE FOR YOUR FOOD TO BE SERVED! IT'S THAT SIMPLE! if you don't like your job just quit!

Not really a fan of Taco Bell but I wanted a Mexican pizza after not having one for so long! I ordered online got to the store and they were out of Mexican pizza😳 the manager on the night shift wouldn’t sub out my order for equal value and voided my order! A week later my money never made it back to my account. So I called and talked to a manager named (Jaime) thank God for him!!! I explained the problem to him and he promised me that when I came home from work to stop by and he would make it right!! And he made it right by fulfilling my order that the night manager would not substitute for equal value. So thank you (Jaime) for making my experience with this location a good one! Keep up the good customer service!!

Although I'm all for opportunities for all, I don't think that having an elderly at the window is the best use of resources when she has difficulty knowing which order goes to which customer. This is my second visit in the same month with the same issue. On top of that, my Doritos taco was a soggy mess that I ended up having to trash.

I'd rate this 0 stars if I could but I have to rate at least one. Ordered 3 soft tacos with no lettuce and a nacho fries box through UberEATS and recieved 4 soft tacos with a bunch of lettuce and a bean burrito. No fries, nacho cheese, or 5 layer burrito. Not even sauce or a straw. Then, when attempting to call the actual place, all I got was dial tone. Worst experience ever.
