Which Wich

Eaten here twice and was disappointed both times, delivered once and the sandwich was basically falling apparent, bread wasn't very good. Second time the sandwich took forever to come out in an almost empty store and there was barely any meat in it! Bread was slightly better than before but not great, and somehow they were sold out of half their drink selection (how does that even happen these days?) the one positive was that the store was very clean.

Which-wich has really good sandwiches and this one isn't different. What makes this location different are the staff and their hours. The hours at this location are inconvenient and close too early. I have been here a couple times before the posted close time and they are already closed. I have also been there an hour before close and all the chairs are already put on top of the tables and the place looks like it might be closed. I could get past this since I am usually just taking food home. But the staff are rude and make you feel like you are huge inconvenience the moment you walk through the doors. I always am left wondering if they did something to my food to get back at me for making them work. I get it. I worked in the industry. Its boring when its slow and the desire to go home increases dramatically. I realize this may be a first job for some people and I give props to the owners for giving them that opportunity but please teach your employees some customer service.

The manager has no clue of what good customer service involves. I had never been before so I didn't know that the buffalo chicken was just chicken with a buffalo sauce I thought it was sliced deli meat buffalo spicy chicken. I even spoke to the cashier and asked her to explain the different meats to me and she never said anything about a buffalo sauce being on it so I asked to have a different sandwich because I don't like buffalo sauce on my sandwiches. She got an attitude right off the bat and said I'll have to wait awhile, so I sat and waited. Then once the other customers that were eating left the restaurant the manager yelled at me from across the store saying the employee already told me about the sandwich with such an ugly attitude. He says he'll remake the sandwich since it's my first time there and pushes the other one at me demanding I drop it off to a homeless person on the way home. And then a few seconds later snatches it from me and takes it outside to the store next door. After my sandwich was done he starts getting nasty again saying I'm lucky I got a free sandwich. How is my sandwich free when I paid for it? When a customer does not receive the product they thought they were paying for any responsible company will fix the problem and make sure they leave happy. This was absolutely gross and inappropriate on his part to act this way as a manager of this type of establishment. I'm not sure what level of management he is, but whatever it is someone needs to send him to a customer service seminar because that'd be a huge help to him.

This was the first time I have eaten at Which Wich. I ordered a Large Avocado with bacon, tomato, caramelized onions, mayo and deli mustard; a chocolate shake, and a bag of sun chips via Door Dash. I got the order in good time, and everything was in the sack, but the sandwich had so much mustard that I couldn't eat it. I couldn't taste the onions, avocados.. nothing but mustard. I called the Watauga store to tell someone about it, and to see if they could do anything. The person I spoke to just said, I did not make the sandwich ma'am. We can't do anything for you sorry. Talk to Door Dash. No apology. No offer to make it right. The chocolate shake was really good. I just ate the chips for lunch. >.< Not a good experience overall.

Unfortunately this is not as good as the location by Alliance. The sandwich was put together poorly with some parts having tones of sauce and others having none, half the sandwich had bacon and the other half had none. Even worse was the browning lettuce they used. They charged full price for sandwiches that were poorly made, including a seafood one that had virtually none of the seafood in it. expect Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else or go to a different which wich. The store wasn't gross, but it also wasn't clean.

Worst customer service I’ve been ever experienced. The two women who are here (seems to be a women and her daughter) are snarky and treat you like a total inconvenience. Hey are not well mannered and give you ugly looks for simple things like asking for ranch. They put an out of order sign in their bathroom when it is working perfectly fine . I won’t be returning to this location and advise no one else to unless they want to be treated poorly .
