Wow, just wow. Service here is as bad as it gets. Just wanted a cheeseburger (plain) with some chili. When I got home - what do I find? cheeseburger with everything on it. My son doesn't like lettuce, tomatoes, and all that garbage on it. I am starting to think this whole strip area is just cursed.

I ordered the #9 Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger meal medium. Which was $11. The burger looked like it came off the $1 menu it was so small. The fries were warm and soggy and the coke was flat.

This Wendys has provided the absolute worst experience multiple times now. I always come for A Baconator, and they always cheat me on the bacon. Two slices of bacon an inch and a half long on each layer is so far from correct it is unbelievable they could tell me to my face that there is nothing wrong with that. It is not a one time occurrence. They are not apologetic or helpful. Do not eat here.

Although most of the order was correct, instead of giving my wife the potato she ordered through the app, they took a lot of fries covered them with cheese and gave her that instead. It would have been better for them to ask first rather than to assume that we would be ok with that kind of substitute. Although I can appreciate their youthful attempt at resolving a problem with not having potatoes, they should have simply asked. My wife was not pleased at all.

Service was terrible. Just teenagers working there. Ordered a Baconator, Dave Single combo, and spicy chicken combo. Quote a price of $22.79, but when I gets to the door told me it was $25.51. When I asked for the receipt he said he threw it away. Never heard of such thing. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN. Fries was stale.

This was a bad food experience. I had a #1 and my fiancé had #8. We both had bad physical reactions after eating this food. He woke up in the middle of the night with an upset stomach. I woke up with swollen crusty eyes, itchy lips, and an itchy throat. There is more than Covid to worry about and the food at this Wendy’s location is just that!
