The cookies were on point. They were warm and soft the perfect cookie. The service was excellent. This is a small shop, maybe some standing room if you don't want to walk and eat, but this definitely feels like a takeout dessert place. My only disappointment was there weren't any creative flavors and I don't remember seeing any vegan cookies.

If I could go everyday, I would. The cookies and ice cream are always on point especially for a late night treat. The staff is always super nice and welcoming.

Cookies are fresh, service is always on! Communication is great, more specifically on the cookies and what’s available! Team members offer to make fresh one to accommodate your request. I couldn’t access the survey via the QR code on the receipt for Tacole, but wanted to shout her out and say thanks!

The special cookie with the caramel and pretzel in it was super yummy. Also the Brookie is always a favorite, but it did seem like it was sitting in the oven for a while. Wish it was a little softer.

My teenagers love Insomnia Cookies! I usually go during the weekday and there's never a line! The brownies are delicious.

As a child I was always excited to get an ice cream sandwich cookie from the corner store but over the years my taste has changed and the corner store ICSC no longer satisfy my taste buds. So happy I took a chance on getting an ice cream cookie sandwich from one of my favorite DC cookie spots. I want to also compliment Insomnia Cookies on how they deliver the ice cream cookie sandwich. Having the ice cream separate so that your cookies are not soggy in a well constructed delivery box is "chef's kiss" . may this brand live long and prosper. A1 service at all locations i've visited thus far and love your website! Bravo!
