Nice and friendly location. Wi-Fi is not working (an xfinity page pops up and nothing else), the next door cafe though shares the connection so you’re good ;)

We just purchased lunch before boarding a train at Union Station. We first went to Au Bon Pain and there was only one person working and she was being monopolized by another customer. We walked over to Pret where we were immediately and kindly greeted and helped by two very nice gentlemen. They should be recognized by the company. So kind. My daughter left her credit card and one of the men found us at the gate to return it. What service! Oh and our soups were piping hot and yummy.

One of the few places in the area where you can sit inside and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and a warm pastry in the morning. The staff was very friendly and diligent about disinfecting every surface a customer touched. My chocolate croissant and iced coffee was a treat after walking around in the heat looking for a place with an indoor dining option.

Cool atmosphere...in DCs wall street area. Liked the coffee ( Americano) and the staff working there. Very well stocked and clean.

Pret is my regular place for a quick croissant and coffee or for some lunch soup.
It's easy to get in and grab and pay and go. Food is tasty and made fresh. The portion size is a tad bit smaller, IMO, but good enough if you pair the lunch item with a side of chips, etc.
Their Lentil soup is awesome!
The folks working here are courteous and friendly.
I love there are so many Pret's around in the downtown area :)

I got to this Pret location almost once a week. The staff is consistently friendly while providing quick and accurate service. I have come to recognize and talk to some of the staff. They are genuine and friendly and provide excellent service. It always makes my morning to get freshly baked goods (I watched them take the pastries out of the oven this morning!) and to interact with the outstanding staff. Keep up the great work!

This place is amazing, the customer service was outstanding the restaurant was clean and refreshing and most of all the food was fresh and delicious. They even offered to make a sandwich for me on the spot because the one I wanted was sold out.

I think it might be love. 😍 Delicious and healthy food, delicious coffee, friendly staff, great environment for eating in if you choose not to grab and go. Clean. Unsold food goes to charity every night. I’ll definitely be back.

Pret A Manger is a great stop for a morning coffee and pastry. Staff are friendly and very quick to ring you up, the location is great (close to a bunch of office buildings), prices are more or less reasonable, and the coffee and baked goods are quality.
