While we were thinking about what to eat when we came here to visit, we wanted sushi. We searched a lot but didn't come across a good place. We did not like the ambiance of the places we looked at with good points from the guide. Then we said let's try this place and it was great. They were very friendly upon arrival. Your waiter's service was superb. The sushis we chose looked both delicious and delicious. Definitely a restaurant I want to come to again.

Excellent sushi - very high quality, fresh and delicious. I was impressed to find such good sushi tucked away in this DC spot. Dinner is pricey, though, so be warned. Cocktails were excellent and well-made, with some fun flavors to try (passion fruit pisco was a hit!). Nice hip interior.

Had lunch here. Food and service were wonderful. Gave four stars because it’s slightly over priced but that’s also to be expected in Georgetown. Ordered Goyoza, 2 rolls and lots of nigiri. Would pass on the specialty uni it wasn’t great. But everything else was awesome including the pisco sour.

Last weekend, my family and I came to this place. At first I did not like the prices, but I changed my mind. I loved the service of the caterers. One of them treated me kindly,. He told me that he is from Morocco, and he was always smiling with us. I also loved the food and the music.

We had my birthday dinner here and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere feels upscale yet comfortable. The food was amazing, try the spicy tuna with crispy rice to start and the salmon belly nigiri was melt in your mouth good. Our server was Camila, she was amazing. She was prompt and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Also the cocktails are fab. I definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area. The fish also tasted super fresh.

Chris, our bartender was warm and friendly. He shared his knowledge and made credible recommendations from the menu. Was there for lunch and really enjoyed my cocktail and food.

🍣I was craving good sushi so I asked around, a lot of friends suggested Susheria, however. They said that it's a tad bit overpriced, but it's good. 📞You do need a reservation, so I did, I really liked the place a lot, which is weird for me because I don't like crowded places where tables are closed to each other. In this case I still felt that I wasn't to close to the other tables. Also it was not loud considering how busy it was. 👥👔👗 The crowd was the young and the mature crowd. Dress code was mostly casual, I expected to see more people dressed up, but that was not the case. 🕯🖼 I liked the decor and the lighting, however, the tables were a bit high to my liking. ,Service was very good. But we had to wait a long time for our food. I was not wowed by the food to be honest, but it could be the dishes we chose. Sushi was ok, nothing special about it, just like most of the sushi places. 🅿️ Parking was not easy, save yourself time and park in any garage, street parking is almost impossible especially on weekends in that area. 💲💰💳 Is it "overpriced"? I personally didn't think so, the price is fair to the amounts of food we got, and compared to other restaurants, I didn't feel that it is pricey. ⏪️ I would definitely go back again to try other dishes, but not for the sushi, as that I can have better in other places or similar.

Absolutely excellent food, from the small plates, to the wagyu, everything was delicious. Really impressive and nuanced cocktails. The Mangetsu was such a delight, with very intense and complex flavors. Usually not a fan of rum but it wasn't heavy at all. Also liked the Hato, great presentation and a refreshing and not too sweet flavor. Absolute favorite role was the Hinode, with Georgetown a close second. The Tenno was also a great roll, but I preferred the Otoro standalone as sashimi. Spicy salmon/tuna squares with the crispy rice were also a hallmark. Service was outstanding, ambiance was top notch. Parking is plentiful, there's a garage right by the restaurant.

The menu is a combo of sushi, ceviches, Peruvian inspired bowls with ravioli thrown in at the end. Very interesting mix of foods. Sushi rolls weren’t bad. The cocktail was good but pretty pricy. Our food order ended up lost in the stack and took a little longer to get. But the manager was very pleasant and compensated us with a few extra drinks! If you’re looking for parking, there is a garage next to the AMC as well as street parking.
