The best bar in D.C. I went three times during mi visit in the city and the people is so gentle, the beer is good and the food awesome. Regards from Peru!
Served quickly, kept the drinks flowing. Nice staff. We were super hungry after a race. The pretzel starter is divine. The 3 of us each ordered something different. Highly recommend the Chicken Parmesan Sliders, Ribs with outstanding Mac&Cheese, ultimate bacon cheddar burger with fries.
This is a great casual restaurant right in the heart of Washington DC. We were looking for a relaxed atmosphere with some variety to the menu. Blackfinn DC did not disappoint. It is a typical restaurant and bar atmosphere and the noise level will increase with an increase in patrons. The entire staff was friendly and the service was relatively quick. The prices seemed very reasonable for this style of restaurant in the DC metro area. The Garlic Parmesan Pretzels as an appetizer were quite good. I am not normally a fan of mustard, however, their mustard cheese sauce paired extremely well with the pretzels. I appreciated that the sauce was served on the side. I can’t say enough about the Shrimp and Garlic Linguine as a main course. Not too overpowering for a pasta dish. Very flavorful and well proportioned. They did not skimp on the shrimp. There was plenty of shrimp to last until the final bite. Blackfinn DC made such an impact on us, we came back for a second night.
All American pub style bar and grill. Two of us were welcomed and seated right away. Our waiter just happened to be one of the managers and who made our cocktails. He was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I was impressed with his professionalism. I was also happy with our food selections. The Cali burgers were delicious. They were fresh and made to order. The fries were scrumptious. The Blossom Tini was refreshingly wonderful. We saved room for dessert. The hot chocolate cake was heavenly. You get good value for quality here. There's plenty of seating inside and outside, and bar seating. There's plenty of TVs to watch games. This place was quite lively and had a locals vibe. It's quite loud, but we were able to have conversations at our both. This is a great place to hang out with friends and family.
We are here our first night in DC. Awesome food and great staff. It was so good we decided to have our “last supper” here too. Staff was awesome! Food was amazing! Portions are huge!! Close to our hotel. The Tuna sandwhich was awesome!!
Nice bar with plenty of beer and food options. They have some TVs where you can watch sports. Took some time for food to be served, but taste was really good.
We were so excited to fund a place for the people of the Chiefs kingdom to watch the game! Go Chiefs!

We sat at the bar for drinks, snack, and dessert. Joseph was our bartender. By the looks of it, he was the only bartender and the manager was assisting with making drinks for tables. There was a sign about how they are short-staffed. Joseph was great- enthusiastic, friendly, and he just seemed happy to be doing his job- love that.
Hubby said his Nashville chicken sliders were fire. The dessert was great too.
Solid neighborhood sports bar with a flare. Massive and I can only imagine how great it would be on a game day or tournament (there are 20+ TVs around the bar). Wide array of items on the menu and great happy hour.
For food, the Hippie Bowl was sizable and full of tons of chicken. Not much more flavor than the tomato base, but still a good dish. Highly recommend the BLT Tacos (make the chicken buffalo and swap the rice for fries…amazing).

Spending some time in DC, I thought we would try Blackfinn as it was suggested. Excellent food, great atmosphere, and understaffed. Our waitress was great, but she was the only one working. If you're not in a rush, it's a great place. The pulled pork is downright awesome. The bbq ribs are a touch spicy, but i would suggest them as well.
Swung by on suggestion from concierge, not a bad spot if you're looking for a bite you'll enjoy. Especially if you're looking for outdoor patio. I doubt you'd be back next time you visit DC but you won't be mad you went. Fry on the chicken was excellent, taste a bit on the salty side. Too much gravy.
Really good food.! Too rowdy during Chiefs games for me, but otherwise highly recommended. Had the steak fries and the Bourbon Street burger, both of which were excellent.
