Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Absolutely horrible! The meatloaf dinner I ordered was placed in a one compartment container with corn I did not order. Sloshing around mixing all the food together. That meal looked like something you would throw outside to a dog. The manager offered to fix the meal and give me a free meal I did not want either I just wanted my money returned. I was told that it was a close ticket and they could not refund my money. Again offered me a free meal and that hot mess. I did not want a free meal I can afford to purchase my own meal. I felt the care they took in packaging the food was careless, I didn't want anything else from there. I've called the corporate office and I'm waiting on a return phone call so they can refund the money I spent on food that was all mixed up into each other and incorrect side. I was so disappointed I didn't take a picture and I really should have.

It's evident that an attention to detail is a strength within this facility. The service was better than I expected. In fact, our cups were never less than half full and the server was quick to anticipate any need we could have. The only complaint I could manage is that while the food was perfect tasting, the plating needed some work.

Clean restaurant, quick service, and good food. Bless the waitress who waited on the customer from hell who picked the menu apart and tried to make new combinations and wanted the prices of all his new combinations. She handled the situation with patience and grace. Good job, I hope his tip makes up for the 15 to 20 minutes it took you to deal with him.

It was nice to be able to done in for a change, surprisingly not as many offer it on the strip. Perkins on Rt 46 did! People were spaced out which made it comfortable, in an uncomfortable pandemic. The waitress we had was great, she was very bubbly and pleasant, along with her service she provided. Thank you to the employees of the Perkins on Rt 46
