I ordered the advertised 1921 slider in drive through for $1.99. I immediately pulled over to eat it. The billboard picture looked like a hamburger deluxe. It was nothing like the picture.
There were 2 tiny specks of tomato.
One teeny speck of lettuce in the middle and 2 tiny pickles on the inside. It had cheese and some kind of sauce and the usual minced onions.
They asked if I wanted mustard. The meat was just beef- no spices, salt, or flavor. I will not order it again.

Paid in advanced in app only to get order canceled and have to reorder and paid more money. And all the store can do is to say sorry??Terrible. Never go again.
Reply to the owner: You can start by train your employees better. I have no idea how my order got canceled but for me to reorder by paying way more than I ordered it in the app is just unacceptable. At least your employee should have offer to do the same order with the same price.

Every burger in my order was soggy like they dipped the buns in some nasty water. Service was very slow and lacking a manager that has leadership skills.
I will not return there to eat.
Word of advice for the owner.... hire better staff, find people to take pride in there work.

This is the best white castle around, they know how to make a great cheese burger and dont keep you waiting. It's to bad that many of the other locations have closed but this one is so great that it should never be shut down.

I do doordash and the employees here are so nice. They are always accommodating. They are always very kind. Sometimes there is a wait but they are quick. I highly recommend them. They always deserve kind words and appreciation.

The drive through lane was all the way in the street. I arrived at 1:53 am. I got to the window to order it 3:oo am. I got my food by 3:38 am . The food was cold. It was just thrown together. Some sliders had like 5 pickles and others had none. Some sliders had mustard other just had ketchup if it even had that. Don't go at night

Drove all the way here at 3am just to be met with the entire store closed off by construction fences. They should update their hours on Google since it says they're opened until 5am so people don't waste their time coming here late at night.
