Italian comfort food at it's finest. I highly recommend their chicken noodle soup and their lasagna. The lasagna is fantastic as a leftover if case you get full very fast. The people there are friendly, as well. Despite the pandemic they still serve the best Italian cuisine on the Centerline/Warren border

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are delicious and the crew is attentive and cooperative. always when we go to this place we enjoy a splendid time. highly recommended.

Ordered the 3 piece baked fish. The portion size was on the smaller side which wasn’t my complaint that was the taste. The fish tasted old. A very strong fish smell and a lingering fishy after taste. When I called and asked to speak to a manager I was told he was busy. Told my issues to the woman who answered the phone she placed me on hold came back and said “the manager said the fish was cut in the last day or so” so yea super awesome being dismissed by a restaurant. Won’t be going back.

NEEDLESS TO SAY MY ORDER WAS CONFUSING TO THEM- I ordered a ( chicken ceasar SIDE salad ) with my grilled pork chop DINNER, a baked potatoe and veggie included with the dinner, they gave me a ( LARGE) salad instead of a small side chicken ceasar salad with my dinner, $8.25 for a large lettuce and croutons . Side salads are smaller and do not cost $8.25. When we called about it, the manager was not helpful at all, and did not listen very well. We were dismissed by the manager on the phone, we will pass on odering from here again, we had other order issues another time but thought we would give it another try, since it is close by , the food is, MEH. They also forgot the applesauce in my order. ###In response to managers reply- Your not being totally truthful here, it wasn't the best service/management , there is another review on here from someone else saying you dismissed them also, so we are not the only ones. We and nobody else has to tolerate bad customer service, and not getting their order right, and that is all we expected❗ ASLO WE HUNG UP AFTER SAYING GOOD-BYE!

My 7 year old son wanted to take me to “a nice pizza restaurant”, and we were so glad we tried Firenze! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Our waitress recommended the delicious house salad dressing, my pasta dish was sooo good, and my picky eater ate almost all his kid’s pizza! We will definitely be returning with the rest of the family!
