Very nice Indian restaurant in the area. We came to know of this place only recently despite living in the area for some time. Our friends had ordered food from them and we liked it. Since then we ordered a few times and really liked it. Punjabi kadhi is to notch and the paneer dishes are good. Have not dined in there yet but will try it soon. Good job guys!

I usually love this place, and when i heard lunch buffet was open, i immediately went to the restaurant Yesterday. Unfortunately, there was nobody there and it was closed, even though google said regular hours were operating. This was a big let down, as i was very excited to go back to the buffet!

A friend and I went to Pooja based on a recommendation from her son, who routinely travels worldwide. Pooja is a small restaurant hidden on the side of a small group of stores. It was like finding hidden treasure. The atmosphere was tranquil and had a quiet elegance. The lighting is much softer and the setting is much nicer than indicated in the pictures. Since I'm not very familiar with Indian food, we asked for recommendations, which we got after we were asked general questions about the kind of food we liked. We were also offered a choice of mild, medium, or spicy seasoning. We shared the medium Lamb Taranga and Chicken Tikka Masala with a side of plain naan bread to enjoy with the sauce. The food was excellent and the service, too. I took home leftovers, but they were gone before they got to the fridge. Am looking forward to my next visit.

Tried this place for the first time to order online……and the experience was pathetic. Absolutely a waste of money. Ordered “Veg Jalfrezi” and “Yellow Dal Tadka”. Veg Jalfrezi was nowhere close to how it’s actually prepared. Yellow Dal Tadka was supposed to have Mung and Masoor dal. But it had lots of Chana Dal, a typical way of cost saving for any restaurant. They provided plain rice as well, which was also half cooked or was prepared long time back. If they can’t even prepare good plain rice, what else can be expected from them. Also, they provided one Papad, which smelled very bad due to the oil they use for frying it, OR once again was cooked long time back in the day. I am giving 1 star, because otherwise I cannot submit my review. It’s actually not worth of even one star. Total waste of money.

Excellent restaurant, delicious food, very good customer service. I haven’t been to this restaurant for years (sadly). I was in the area and stopped by. We had lamb keema, chili paneer, and a couple chapattis - all was excellent. You don’t find Parsi dishes very often and i was excited to see keema in the menu. What a wonderful lunch.

Is it just me or has Pooja's quality dropped a little? Their shrimp dhansaak tastes almost exactly the same as their Goan shrimp curry, which leads me to suspect that they are using pre-manufactured sauces or reusing (shortage of ingredients?) Still awaiting the resumption of their buffet service, by the way. Was what got me interested in this restaurant years ago in the first place, actually. I'm sure it's safe now that there are boosters and kids can be vaccinated.
