Royal Bengal

I ordered lamb vindaloo! I got all the potatoes and 3 small pieces of lamb! And taste is bad actually. I told to make it spicy, they made it spicy but not with taste! They just added some extra chilli powder and I am damn sure they didn’t even fry the spices so I am just feeling pain in my stomach after eating. As they are taking more money from the other ibdian restaurent near it they should pay attention on taste! I won't ever go in thos damn restaurent!

Customer service is good and not rushed when i ordered on phone. I had the tandoori chicken with rice and a side of green sauce. The tandoori chicken tasted like it was marinated forever, falls right off the bone. Medium spicy was the level i chose and it was pretty spicy😁. The veggies that came with the tandoori were cooked really nice too. The green sauce here is the best green sauce I have ever had. They add an ingredient that no one else adds, garlic. Tasted very good. Now the bad is the rice. It was stale. Other than that it was a great experience eating here.

Food and service were great. After enjoying Bengali food in Hamtramck for decades, I was hesitant to go anywhere else. Pakora was a little different than I'm used to, but delicious. A single order of Vegetable Korma gave me multiple meals, and I can't say enough about the flavorful Onion Naan. Everything was delicious! Two different Servers could not have been more attentive to us. I look forward to returning.

Cant even describe what happened. BURNT naan. My dad mom could not eat. Super angry. And got charged wrong amount and top of that the front girl when I asked to refund and re charge she said sorry we can’t do that. I asked for manager she said they left. Long story short I asked for manager she got scared and stated also showing me major atittude. Never will come back period.

First visit and largely impressed! First the bad, service was a bit awkward and I'm not convinced I got what I ordered exactly. I also asked for tea, but I had such an impression that it was such an imposition on them to make tea that it was quite shocking, after assuring them that I didn't mind waiting for it, they went ahead and made some for me. Heat levels of the dishes seemed to vary wildly, the starter I had was quite spicy, while the main that we shared was quite tepid comparatively in terms of heat/spice. The plus side, the portions are extremely generous and are very well prepared. The prices are very good for the quantity and quality of what you get.
