West-end Takeout

Yum! Quick, reasonably priced, and very nice portion sizes! Heck of a nice alternative if you are too tired to cook or you have unexpected company. Order out from West End Takeout! No frills, but they make up for it in their food! I've tried just about everything on their menu and it's all pretty good! Solid 'A' all the way around, two thumbs up!

This place cooks a mean pizza. I ordered cheese and mushroom pizza that was cooked to perfection. Oh look how they loaded it with mushrooms. I love how the cheese is thick and stringy. They also offer a wide variety of typical pizza shop dishes. For example, Calzones, Stromboli's, Wings, Chicken Lips, Hot and Cold subs. They offer a few different daily specials for lunch and dinner. Food is always hot and good. Last night they delivered and I was told about 40-45 mins. It came in 32 minutes. The young girl was polite, courteous, and before she handed my order over she not only said my total but read back what I ordered. This little detail is a huge deal to me. Oh was it good‼️

Have always loved the West End steak salad but tonight’s was awful. I don’t know what the meat was but it was not the steak I was used to enjoying, flavorful and chunks large enough to be a nice bite. This was almost like ground beef or shaved beef with no flavor, also less cheese but lots of curly fries. Will I be back I doubt it, it was not worth the money $20.89 cents for two large steak salads.
