Great ice cream today, I had the Love Potion #31 and my wife had the Banana Royale. We will definitely be back. It's a smaller BR but the staff are super friendly and helpful. Loved it!

I've been enjoying this ice cream store for over 40 years. Always a great product, and very friendly staff. It is a Waco icon. The store is always extremely clean, the service is fast, and the quality is always great. I can see looking out the window, at the line of cars, that the drive-thru must be popular. But for myself, I enjoy that they have such a nice dining area to sit and enjoy my ice cream.

Just busted this location for my first time, having my son in law and my grandson in tow. Service was prompt, place was clean.
More importantly for me, we are continuing a 60 year tradition of going to Baskin Robbins with grandpa. Just wanted to thank the staff for doing a great job!

The only reason they get two stars is because the ice cream is always good! The service this time was far from good this time however. The boy that waited on us was rude, and tried to rush us with no other customers. Her knew nothing about the ice cream ingredients. When I told him I had an coconut allergy, he did nothing to try to figure out if what I wanted to order had that ingredient. Never once said thank you.

I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream! And this one was no different. Great service, great product, and clean facility.

$7.45 for 2 scoops. One was a summer creation( turtle), after they made it, they said all the pieces hadn't arrived, charged full price. Would have been ok if told when ordering, so he could have gotten a cone. $4 just for the turtle that wasn't a turtle

so I come into the building and almost immediately I get helped and I said I don't know what's be easier so I just showed her my phone and I hand the lady in my phone and she's like oh I got you and then she realized there was something missing from the ticket because this wasn't for me this was for a customer through favor and she's like did you give him a call I'll talk to him it'd be a lot easier if you would because they were missing some things that they needed for the rest of their ticket that you know would help she calls them and she talks to her for a good minute breaks it down just an absolutely blissful experience I got to say that's got to be the top notch service I've had in a long freaking time you know a long time thank you random awesome lady at Baskin-Robbins thank you God bless!
