Jersey Mike's Subs

I went there for For the 1st time just 2 weeks ago and got the big kahuna cheesesteak, extra meat and cheese. It was the best sandwich I'd ever gotten. This trip I got 2 regular size subs subs mikes Chickenphilly and Mike's cheesesteak. Also was enough there for 2 meals 2 meals and they were amazing. Definitely signed up for the loyalty rewards and for your those of you who don't know go on Tuesdays where you get 2 times the points.

Clean. Respectful. Delicious. This place is my FAVORITE lunch spot during the work week. Im a native New Yorker and THIS is how you run a sub shop. I always feel welcomed and the staff is always willing to assist you. Definitely recommend.

I'm not sure if this location was just having a bad day on my most recent visit or something else, but it wasn't the greatest experience I've had at a Jersey Mike's. My colleagues and I frequent Jersey Mike's all over the place when we travel and we eat at this location that is close to home fairly regularly. Because they are usually in point, I've only deducted one star for this past experience. When my colleague and I visited on this occasion, they weren't particularly busy or anything. It was a bit before noon when we arrived and there was no one in front of us in line. We had a meeting at 1pm so we had given ourselves plenty of time to eat and get back to the office. We placed our orders and mine was made quickly. My colleague ordered a Philly cheese steak, so we expected to wait a little while for it to be prepared. It didn't matter too much because we chose to dine in and we were good on time. After 7 to 10 minutes, we had to check on our his sub because we didn't see anyone cooking the steak. Because it was a business lunch, I also needed to get an itemized receipt as I paid with my company credit card. They finally began cooking the steak once we reminded them about it, but for some reason, they were unable to provide us with a receipt. Once we got our food, I will say that it was terrific as usual. Jersey Mike's uses great quality ingredients and their sandwiches are always well prepared. They have a decent offering of chips and drinks to accompany your sub sandwich, so it's usually a great spot to get a good meal. I don't have a single complaint with the food, other than an issue with their sweet tea. There was an employee standing at the iced tea dispensers telling everyone that both containers were unsweetened tea and they were just waiting for it to be used up before they fixed it. I couldn't make any sense of that. So needless to say, this past visit didn't nearly meet the mark. I don't understand how it's possible that they couldn't print me out a receipt. If the cashier didn't know how, he should have asked his manager, especially once I explained the importance of it. Instead, I had to go through the process of explaining myself to our finance department and I'm sure I don't have to tell you how much fun that is. I also don't understand why they didn't fix the iced tea situation immediately, rather than waiting for people to use up tea that they really didn't want in the first place. I'm going to give them another chance for sure, but I really hope they have it together next time. This review is not meant to be harmful and it shouldn't keep you from visiting this location. My only intention is to get someone's attention, in hopes that improvements will be made. Thanks for reading.

Love this place! We are regulars and Connor and Kee always take care of us. Clean place, good food and good people. Will remain a monthly stop for us. Management needs to get the a/c fixed!

CHICKEN PHILLY & CLASSIC PHILLY both hot & good! Service was excellent.
