The app was easy to use. My pizza was on time, and an employee brought it to my car as soon as I pulled up to the store. And the pizza was delicious!
Two ladies that helped me with my online order . I want to say thank you and thank you very much. I wanna say I was kinda app illiterate but these super nice female employees helped me fix my order.
Never had any issues, great pizza, great service.
First time I had an issue was today, called up and got the customer service line. Not crazy helpful, they argued with my wife about the extra stuff they put on my kids personal pizza. Kids saw it and immediately didn't want the food. I went in, they fixed it right away with no fuss. Apologized and explained the extra seasoning on the plain cheese wasn't a new thing, simply an accident. Again, awesome service and food. Rarely if ever any problems.
Ordered pizza around 8pm on a Saturday night for carry-out. Pizza was fresh and on time per online time. My only complaint is that the toppings on my pizza were very sparse. Each pizza slice did not have all 3 toppings present. Not the end of the world, but a bit of a bummer. Friendly staff and store was clean in appearance.
I have not eaten Pizza Hut pizza in many years but decided to try the stuffed cheese crust this evening. We also ordered a medium hand- tossed cheese, boneless wings, regular wings and Cinnabon. Delivery was quick and the food was piping hot. I'm not a fan of the stuffed crust-- although the bottom of the crust was very brown, it seemed slightly doughy & undercooked. Once I put the pizza into the oven for a few minutes, the stuffed crust was okay. The hand tossed cheese was really good as were the lemon pepper bone-in wings and boneless teriyaki wings. The Cinnabon minis are very tiny but delicious.
Despite the unexpected scheduling challenges, the GM kept me informed of updated delivery timelines. I appreciate their dedication to keeping their patrons informed. Five stars for making the best out of a bad situation. Thank you, team!
I had a problem with my order and I was nervous to go inside and ask for the change, but after a push from my mom I decided to go in and ask for the change. The gal who helped me was very kind and understanding! I really appreciated not only her helpful attitude but also that they fixed the mistake without making me feel bad. Thank you!
I would like to set the record straight on a review from Alan Thompson. Those are not garbage cans in front of the oven. They are clean bins with clean liners in them that the pizza covers are put into to be taken the the dishwasher.
This is my favorite pizza hut. They're always so nice! And I asked for a joke to be written on my box and they did. 😁 I appreciate the great customer service.
Neat little carryout/delivery only pizza spot. Clean waiting area. Friendly staff. Great looking pizzas and pretty good as far as speed. No complaints here.
