When visiting this franchise I always have to wait close to an hour just to complete the transaction from beginning to end. However, I still choose this location because I can taste the difference in my food, Its always hot, fresh, and the service is still very accommodating and understanding. Customer service is always top notch, but the wait could use some adjustments. I will continue to go here regardless of any other franchise being closer.
It's hard to believe I'm gonna say this about a fast food place. And McDonald's is definitely not one of my favorites. I went here for a quick stop on the way home from a work road trip. Not only my best fast food experience but my best McDonald's experience. THe food was hot and delicious, and the service was fast. It was amazing!
I missed breakfast at the hotel and decided to go to the local McDonald’s. I went through the drive thru which had multiple lanes. In fact, I did not have to wait. The associate was friendly when taking my order and then payment. As I pulled up to the second windows the team member was friendly as well and my food was ready swiftly. I took it back to the hotel and it was still hot. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was really good. The biscuit was warm and flaky with just the right amount of egg and cheese. The hash brown was perfect. The orange juice fresh and cold. Thank you!
I waited as long as I could to try their new crispy chicken sandwich, everything from the bread down to the chicken itself was delicious, the sauce as you can see is runny a little not as spicy as I thought however I was not disappointed, I would definitely come back to this location as well, everything was hot & fresh, and the service was great.
It's freshly remodeled and looks good. They always seem short staffed, which makes it seem like forever before you receive your meal. It's usually clean as well.
We don't drive through McDonald's much but we were in a hurry today and needed to grab food. I'm usually so disappointed when we go through drive thru restaurants but the staff here were so organized, friendly, and professional. We had a small wait which was no problem but they were so prepared to direct us and were very nice and informative about why we were waiting and how long it would be. Great customer service and they got our entire order right which I don't think has ever happened at other locations. And everything was hot and prepared perfectly. This was our first time at this location since it's not close to us but if we're ever back in the area and need quick food we will keep this location in mind.

This is such a nice McDonald’s since it’s been renovated. The drive thru which has double lanes can be busy. So, I always use the app, order ahead and pull into the specified parking spaces and there is usually a very short wait for my order. The app always has great specials and surprise freebies. When the dining room is open, we order ahead or at the kiosk inside and stay to eat inside. Service inside is usually quick and they bring it right to the table. The employees are always polite, friendly and helpful. When the weather is nice, we sometimes sit at the picnic table in the lawn area at the back of the lot, which is always very clean. I’ve never seen trash on the lawn around the picnic table. Dining area and bathrooms are usually very clean. McDonald’s ice cream iis all natural and made with low-fat milk. No artificial flavors or colors and no preservatives. You won’t find healthier, better tasting soft serve anywhere! This is the one McDonald’s in the Virginia Beach area that doesn’t consistently have a broken ice cream machine. It recently broke down and there was actually a technician on site fixing it. I don’t understand why the other locations can’t get their ice cream machines repaired quickly but this is my favorite McDonalds anyway!
It’s a little pricier here then in other areas of Virginia. I was actually not sure why but thought if it was specific maybe because it was in Virginia Beach. If that’s the case it’s not cool. My fiancés breakfast sandwiches were wrong but we waited so long for them even after ordering in the app we didn’t complain. If I wasn’t using my rewards or deals on my app I probably would have walked out. Everyone seems to be wound to slow motion. The guy that handed me my bag was not even trying a little bit to hone in on some sort of customer service skill. It’s not hard and it wasn’t busy in there or drive thru but yet there were people standing around waiting for their orders. So if your in this area around breakfast time, might wanna use drive thru do your not standing around, it won’t be quicker but at least you do not have to stand around or lean against thing while you wait for their slow bodies to bag your food
The person that waited on me was friendly, but this establishment does not honor those who sacrificed for their freedom.
They always take care of me here. Just because its a McDonald's doesn't mean you will get the same quality/service at every restaurant, I will pass two McDonald's to get to this one because it is worth it.
