Food here is good but they could work on their customer service I asked for a glazed donut and they gave me a chocolate sprinkle donut. But I got a free drink :)
Inside is nice always quiet nobody bothers anyone.
I’ve been coming to this dunkin weekly for two years now and have always been treated well by their workers. If there is a mistake, they are quick to rectify it. I have also seen them handle many rude customers with professionalism and grace. For the reviews saying that the workers are rude or unkind, I can only imagine how you must have treated them first. Also, Manager Veronica is amazing at her job and has a slew of people in her corner!!
Love going when Ms. Veronica is working!!! She's amazing!! Dunkin Corp NEEDS to give them a NEW FROZEN MACHINE!!!
I went in to pick up a delivery for Grubhub and the staff ignored me until I asked one of them for help. An employee named Rhae preceded to tell me (without turning around to look at me) that the food will be ready "eventually". After some time waiting , Jess came over and asked me what I was waiting for , put the order together in less than a few minutes. She was very helpful and stood out amongst all the employees. She saved the day for me and this review. Give this girl a raise or promotion!!
I went through the drive through and got my regular. Matcha latte with french vanilla flavoring. It was pretty good.

First of all, 60 years old is not even slightly elderly so I reject everything that you just said.
Secondly, Queen Veronica is the best Dunkin worker she is so sweet and gets my order perfect every single time! No one does it like Manager V.
Thirdly, what is that picture supposed to be of because I don't see a middle finger. I see a blurry, unauthorized photo of a working woman put up on the internet without her consent.
This is the best Dunkin in the city! Little tricky to get in and out of but WELL worth IT!! Order ahead on mobile!
