Best Burger King in Hampton roads! I always get the best service with the most enthusiastic, genuine greetings (especially closing shifts). Great food, great atmosphere, top tier staff… couldn’t ask for a better experience! Special shout-out to Alex for helping me navigate how to leave this stellar review : )
Absolutely the most pleasant surprise. I went through the drive thru and expected to be met by a monotone employee. Oh no, not Alex!!! His customer service is STUPENDOUS. Not only was he polite, he had the audacity to make sure my food is hot and fresh. It’s like he knew my pet peeve is cold and limp fries! Needless to say, I will be patronizing this establishment as long as Alex is still there. If I could’ve given him 10 stars, I would’ve. Thank you Alex. If I owned my own business, I’d have to have you on my team!
I came in for lunch one day and I must say this was the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to in a while! The workers was very respectful and I love how they interact with each other!
Pleasantly surprised…entire order was hot and tasty! The lady behind the grill was training a guy while she cooked my burger and dropped my chicken fries. I had to wait a little longer than I’d hoped but everything was worth the wait. There was a young man cleaning all the tables. I like their lemonade as well. I ordered using the app while I was in the parking lot because no one came to help me when I went inside. I started to drive away but the ad on the window showed a double hamburger, French fries and chicken fries for $6.00. I paid 69 cents for tax. Great deal! I asked for ketchup and mustard but the cheese burger was already perfect with the extra pickles I requested and the chicken fries and French fries complement each other… no ketchup needed for the fries.
My 2 Wednesday coming to this restaurant. Great food and fast service. Everything was fresh and made my way. Definitely was pleased.
I threw a surprise, flash-mob birthday party here, and the BK crew was terrific!! Pulled off the surprise, fed a crowd aged 4 to 74 and clean up was a breeze! Thanks BK!!!
Came through the drive-thru at lunchtime. Alex ( at the window) made my day! He was super friendly, order was correct, food was hot and delicious. His attitude epitomizes great customer service. Will be back, and I'm hoping Alex is at that window again!!!

Staff was friendly, food was hot and delicious, BUT the vanilla iced coffee, extra extra delicious. I like the way staff makes it. They are awesome.
I had to stop here to pee, and the bathroom was surprisingly clean. I’m impressed.
