Visited the Painted Tree. Large space with lots of small individual gift shops inside. Sorta like a permanent craft show only about 10% are handcrafted items. Very pleasant atmosphere. One checkout for all merchandise. Concrete floor hard on feet and joints.

I actually went to Plant House! The location was beautiful. The staff was beautiful. The workshop I attended was beautiful. Highly recommended for self, a date, or family activity. They also have beautiful plants available for purchase. I cannot wait to visit again!

Absolutely fabulous shopping center with one of the biggest VA ABC stores I've ever seen. This location not only carried just about everything, but it has so many bells and whistles that I couldn't list them all. A refrigerated cooler of many ready to drink libations. Not to mention the built in wall bar with a phenomenal display of never before seen products. Not to mention the thing must have been about 10-12 feet or more long! It was crazy how many selections they have. Not to mention that the staff there were all so friendly, helpful, and professional that I'd definitely return to shop there any time!

The Painted Tree was a very nice place to visit at the HillTop Shops. It's a gigantic warehouse with over a hundred miniature stores or boutiques inside. The mini boutiques are all privately owned and named by the owner. Some are specialized with things like jewelry or socks , while others may have an assortment of things that would fit their theme. None of the booths are manned by the owner like a thrift store, you just take your purchase to a center register upon check out. The place has so many unique things to look at or purchase, make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Be prepared too spend some time.

We had so much fun on the free carriage ride. It was quick, but perfect for the day. Nice touch. Beautiful animals. Friendly staff.

Some of the shops are impressive like Aldo's restaurant and the Bunt cake shop ( lemon cake) amazing!, the Nail salon does ok work, chico's is nice since hiltop lost steinmart. The botox place is beautiful inside, but tried to sell me $350 worth of face creams before I even got a consultation for what i was there for. But this is promenade shoppes so be willing to pay $$$ more. 🤩

What a fun place to shop! The painted tree is an amazing location to look for home decor or to find gifts for that hard to shop for person.

Was excellent Until corporate decided to use a cheaper blend of Ginger substitute. Will not be going back anytime in the near future
