One of our party members didn't get her food so she went up and asked about it. They apologized and got her her food right away. Then they brought out a frosty for her. Very kind gesture! Clean restaurant! Great customer service! This staff must have great leaders!
The food was fresh. Customer service was friendly and professional. This was a pleasant experience for a fast food restaurant. The employees seem to work together well for the benefit of the customers' satisfaction and conscious of their time.

Drive through has such a warm cheerful staff. Pleasant and funny and it was after 11pm when you'd think they'd be tired after working a night shift.
The parking and drive through traffic can be confusing as many of the drive through customers exit the entrance from the pick up window. That could be definitely improved upon. It makes it difficult to get in the parking area when coming in from Lynnhaven Py.
This was my first time at this particular Wendy's and both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how hot a fresh our food was. At 11:30 at night, fast food tends to be much lower quality but here...they made the food fresh. I will 100% come back here for my late night fix. Shout out to the kind staff members for their respectful and speedy service.

No exaggeration, this is the fastest, most organized Wendy's I'm aware of. Granted I only ever visit during their lunch hours, every time I do visit, the workers are very pleasant and usually have my food ready within 2 minutes. The atmosphere behind the counter seems pretty cool too—workers are communicating while prioritizing productivity.
