This place is amazing I went for the first time yesterday with my love. The line was long but it was well worth it I had a blast. We played a lot of games and the food was delicious. Will be coming back again.
Took my son , daughter, niece & nephew for my son's 21st birthday! Had a blast! The food was really good and despite the walking and playing we did not get hungry for a while! We ate pizza, chicken pot stickers, pretzel hot dogs, and fries The games are great and we were able to do the virtual reality Men In Black ride! Awesome!
Dave and Busters restaraunt is great!
My wife LOVES their chicken nachos. I've had the salmon dish and it was top notch. Its the picture attached below. My son had a burger and he enjoyed that too. We will return!
Took the kids here on a rainy day to play some games. I recommend downloading the app because you can load your cards on there, and there are freebies. Overall, the value was pretty good with some of the bonus points we got from the app. It was a bonus that almost every other arcade didn't open until 4 or 5, and they were open much earlier. The only negative thing is they had some games that ate my credits without playing the game. I'm not sure what their policy was, but I was too busy to see if I could get them refunded. I'd go back l.
Great fun for kids and the card system is really handy, no fussing with coins! I wish there were more traditional arcade games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat etc, that would appeal to the adults more.
Such a fun time! Friendly staff started with the greeting at the door. Purchased a $25 game card for each of us and went to the bar for food and drinks first. Their interactive multi-player games are great! Easy to earn points and reasonably priced for each activity. The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. The sink even transitions to a hand dryer. Very state of the art. Highly recommend the giant Bavarian pretzel. It’s bigger than your head and the dipping sauces are yummy! Very huge portion of fries with each sandwich. The chicken and avocado sandwich and classic burger were great selections. Will definitely return soon!

I'm a foodie and everything was in point! Tons of arcade games for all ages. The beer was very cold and the food...the food was 🤌 I had the steak wrap, other people in my party had item's like the kale Caesar salad and burgers, everyone was extremely happy. We will be back. Service was on point as well.
First thing I noticed was this D&B is HUGE compared to locations in Richmond. The lady working up front was super thorough and kind. She was very helpful with some coupons I had purchased through a TMobile Tuesday perk. She got me straight! I still think the company itself is SUPER overpriced for the arcade, but for what it is, it can be fun. The staff was also super accommodating to the machine giving me the wrong dip and dots. My son had a blast. Would recommend this location for sure!

Very Nice place! We celebrate 🎉 a birthday here. We got power card with Ear & Play combo. Food tastes wonderful. Great service from Chyna, she was very professional, attentive and help me to choose my food. Prices are good. Restrooms clean. A lot of entertainment & fun. We will definitely come back!
I love this place! Had a bacon burger n truffle fries, absolutely delicious. The service wasn't the waitress, it was the door clerk who sells you power cards. She was not friendly and had issues with using the computer system. Asked for my phone number multiple times, had a manager up there twice and she explained my situation wrong. Think she just wasn't paying attention, I don't know. The lady who served us food did great. Bar tenders were good too. N of course the atmosphere is wonderful! Played a bunch of games and plan on being back.
Everything about the restaurant portion of Dave and Buster's is average; neither exceptional nor disappointing. On a positive note, the arcade machines were well maintained and there are a wide variety of games available.
The lack of prize variety, especially for adults, was disappointing. Many of the arcade card reload stations failed to recognize Dave and Busters cards, and the machine designed to reload cards with cash was non-functional.
In summary, Dave and Buster's offers an enjoyable experience, with well-maintained arcade machines and a diverse range of games. However, considering the other estaurants in the vicinity, I would recommend eating elsewhere.
