Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food as always was delicious and fast. The store was very clean and inviting. We always enjoy getting subs from here and drive out of the way to do so . I will say the App isn't the fastest but that may just be the area I was in. The staff placed everything nicely in a box and explained each item.

Great place for a quick sub never been bad yet
Usually my go to place when I'm in town (business) and craving a FREAK YEAH. For the most part, nothing to complain about in terms of the facility, food, etc. It's the app that could use some help. I started using it this past week due to COVID. I ordered using the app 2x (pickup). Each time, I was never notified when my order was ready (even though I received notice it was received). I waited and waited and waited until finally walking in to see the employees "not busy" and my order on the designated pickup tray...it had been ready 22 minutes prior to me walking in. NOT. GOOD. Other than that, it's a dang good sammich (Club Lulu).

Waited awhile for the app to tell us the order was ready. It never alerted us so we drive there and our food was just sitting there waiting. Quality of the food was good, but the app could use some tweaking.
