I haven't eaten here in a many years, and after this visit, I don't know why. Slow cooked rotisserie chicken and very good sides. Will be back soon.
I ordered gravy on the side or my rice or my rise I thought they would have forgotten when I picked my order up but the guy at the window said I put it on your wrist thank you guy at the window on Virginia Beach boulevard. We went tonight 4/27 at the Virginia Beach Blvd. Location and the 3 young men working the front were great!! They were hustling and working as a team to take care of the lobby and drive thru. Very courteous and we felt welcomed and taken care of promptly. Kudos to all of them. Unfortunately, you dont get that kind of service much anymore. Great assets to your team and company!
I love this place, I have been eating here the last 5 years at least once a week. I love going to this location because the staff knows my name and they know what I'm going to order. I ordered a half chicken meal the last 5 years and its has been amazing. About 2 months ago I tried the Southwest Cobb salad and I fell in love with it and I don't eat salads but I fell in love with this one. I love the fact that I developed a relationship with the staff because I'm in there so often. Troy and Dre always take care of me when I'm in there, I not sure if they take days off because I always see them. Rhonda takes good care of me too and Ms. Pam is on the register, she always greets me by name as soon as I walk in. I love this place and you will continue to get my business. I'm the customer with more Buy one Get one free coupons at the end of the week than I can use.
I got 2 family meals for 4 people with Turkey and meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, Cesar salad, and mac n cheese. Ordering from the web gave me a time to pick up. The staff was friendly and packed it up in re-usable bags. The food was fresh and hot.
Surprisingly courteous service. The roasted chicken and mashed potatoes were really good for a fast casual place. I ordered meatloaf once and it was kind of dry. Not terrible by any means but I could tell it was on the older side.
Everytime I go in they sold there last 2 slices of prime rib. This is 3rd time. Once at 700pm the other 2 was around 630 645, so they need to make more. 630 is dinner hour. So chicken of course was good AND glad they have rolls. Hate corn bread
Shay the general manager is awesome. My food is always hot and fresh. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. The portion sizes are more than filling. This is my new go to food spot.
I don't know who she was, but the lady who took my order was so sweet and polite. The food was great as usual! I didn't know they had a drive through, too...talk about convenient!
