My husband and I just visited this location for the first time in years. We were greeted immediately by Elise with a contagious smile and asked how we were doing today when we walked in. She was very pleasant. Sometimes it’s hard to come across this type of hospitality when ordering at a fast food restaurant. I would like to say the employees all seemed to be in a positive mood and demonstrated teamwork. We will be visiting this location again :) Great Food and Great Service!!! A++++++
The manager was running hard the entire time I was there. It looked like she was in two or three different places at the same time. But, she was polite, happy and helpful just the kind of thing you're looking for when you're going for fast food.
We ordered online, the food was ready when we got there. Service was great and food was hot. Place was clean so we grabbed a table and enjoyed our meal. Thanks Arby's Shore Drive!
I never write reviews, but this was worth it. I expected nothing but my food and in and out today. I have never had such a welcoming experience in fast food ever.... this place is Immaculate, new, clean- constantly maintained. From the time I walked into the door till I finished my food I was in conversation with the staff and other patrons.... staff even said goodbye ti customers by thier names.... this place has a sense of community that you'd find in a mom and pop local restaurant and it was honestly really amazing. 👌 food was good. Everything was out and fresh quick. But the staff really made my quick run in today a whole experience and I think that's pretty amazing 👏
We stopped by as a rest stop on our journey to Williamsburg, VA. We were there to Grab a quick lunch, and it was a joy. We rang the bell as we left Arby's.
Dined-in the other day during lunch time, it took a very long time for just a beef and cheddar. Pre-ordered on the app, and they forgot my fries. Staff was good, food was alright, dining room was clean.

Always good food and service here! Outstanding staff but corporate is always cutting things I like! From potato cakes to the latest chicken bacon loaded fries! They were fantastic! Made with care too! Kudos to the chef and boo to corporate!
Great food. Fries were fresh, sandwich was great! Only bad thing - no shake machine. But that is okay. The friendliness of our server and the fries made everything better.
The drive through process was seamless but we were taken aback by the price. Account for inflation because prices aren’t what they used to be. All jokes aside, the woman taking our order was very patient and helpful. She made sure our order was right. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy so it’s crucial that her Ruben order was accurate and didn’t come with cheese. The food was accurate, timely, and tasty, but I’m definitely ordering a deal or using a coupon next time.
This location needs extensive renovations. Ths parking lot has pot holes and the concrete parking stops are broken loose leaving the rods exposed to damage vehickes or as a trip hazard. If you fell on one you would do a lot of damage to your body. The paking lot layout is just poor. Building is outdated.
