I have been hearing nothing but wonderful things about this restaurant so I finally was able to check it out today. The food was excellent and I can't wait to go back and check out other items on the menu :) The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. I definitely recommend checking it out. The prices were reasonable as well.

Everything about this place is great. The Pork Carnitas Toast is divine, as well as the chicken noodle soup! The atmosphere was relaxed even though they were slammed, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. I will definitely return to try more stuff, the menu is awesome it was so hard to decide!

We visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday! My husband is good like that- at finding hidden gems! We were there for a late breakfast! Hubby loved his food a wee bit more than I did ( the potatoes in my plate were underdone)… The service is super friendly!!

Super cute spot. We ordered the old beach breakfast food came out fast and absolutely delicious.. staff was welcoming and very attentive. I'm usually not a toast person but they had the best toast I've ever had and the pinapple mimosas are perfection definitely a must try..

I was really pleased with the variety of offerings. I'm GF but also severely allergic to nuts and coconut. I often can't eat anything at healthy places like this bc of the nuts/coconut. Their menu clearly stated what was nutty and what was GF. The carne asada bowl was amazing. The wait staff was very friendly and courteous. I only knocked one star off the atmosphere bc it was extremely loud.

We were visiting Virginia Beach and found this gem. Great food and service. Enjoyed the egg scramble this morning and it was delicious. The service was amazing. Will definitely come again.

Corned beef was amazing, big chunks unlike the small minced usual you find at other places. Hearty and the chifrijo bowl was huge! Had a lil bite and Carnitas tasted amazing. Bloody Mary was standard, cypress salad was delish and good on the pockets when you’re looking for just a taste instead of ordering a huge one. The shakes also had almond milk options so as someone who is lactose intolerant that’s a plus.

Stumbled across the healthy little place. So glad i did. I'd give it a 10 if i could. All good stuff here. I had a Coco smoothie.( It was so good,I forgot to even think about a picture). Hard to choose. Alot of GF ,VG options. I'll be heading here again. Friendly customer service and waitstaff.

Getting right into it, ordered chicken salad with extra scoop of guac and one of the kale bowls. The food was delicious and tasted very fresh. However, the server accidentally entered my order as avocado toast with extra avocado. Lol. No problem cause it was a delicious overload of avocado. Server was super sweet though and brought me a cup of chicken salad even when I said it was okay to keep my dish. Definitely appreciate the service and the food was on point. Try it out for a nice healthy meal. Friendly atmosphere.

One of my favorite places to go eat when i go to Virginia Beach. The convention center is near by and it’s so conviniese to go to. The food it’s really good & they have vegans options as well. They have oat milk & almond milk which is a plus for me.

EXTREMELY friendly staff and so nice they were able to accommodate my large family that arrived especially with two little ones in tow. We heard the food is so good to have for breakfast so of course we had to try it out. A nice range of food to choose from that is sure to please everyone. Great way to start the morning with tasty food, hot coffee and warm smiles. Come here everyone!
