I have to say our waiters made the experience immaculate. They helped put a big smile on my best friend's face. Beautiful memories made.
Lobster was great. Ordered medium-rare ribeye, but since it was in a very hot plate, it became nearly well done, so didn't like it much. Onion soup and lobster bisque were OK. Went on Thanksgiving Day. Atmosphere was festive and lovely. Excellent service--thank you, Jeffrey!
Came here for Thanksgiving! Service on par as usual, opted out of the Thanksgiving menu. Our server Garson was great very knowledgeable and welcoming. Ordered the cowboy ribeye, ribeye, lobster mac/ cheese and asparagus. Superb steak as always. Also had the Dirty Goose martini which did not disappoint. Always enjoy the ambiance, service and the food, worth every penny.
This was our first time. The food was delicious. Best steak I ever had. Stephon was an amazing server. Can’t wait to go back. Every dish was exquisitely tasty.

Visited for happy hour 13 Oct 2023 @ 1630.....my first time at the VA Beach location. Normally visit Ruth's Chris other location in the Northern VA area. Service was top tier and no wait at all at that particular time.We ordered off of the happy hour menu as this was our first time trying out their happy hour. The food was good and served hot. The burger was under seasoned, but nothing major. I will definitely return for happy hour again and we enjoyed the view on the balcony. I would definitely recommend if you're ever in the VA Beach town center area tues-fri. 1600-1830 to check out happy hour at Ruth's Chris. Kudos to the servers and hostess working during that time. You all displayed excellent customer service, you all are awesome and doing an amazing job.
Dinner was amazing with a beautiful view if you enjoy eating outside. The sides are shareable and the drinks are good. Our waiter was great as well. We will be back, when we come back to Virginia beach.
Ruth's Chris is our absolute favorite place to celebrate birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and of course anniversaries. Hubby and I celebrated 46 years on Christmas Eve 2023 and we've never been disappointed. While moving frequently, the Ruth's Chris in Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Florida, and now in Virginia Beach were all fabulous. Our recent dinner was out-of-this-world wonderful. The service (Malik was awesome) was impeccable, the food (shrimp cocktail, steak, asparagus, mushrooms, baked potato, wedge salad, bread/butter, and berries/creme) was fantastic, and the atmosphere is enchanting. Tables far enough apart to have a lovely conversation. We were seated next to a beautiful fireplace. Every space in the entire restaurant was luxurious and very clean--classy. Totally recommend Ruth's Chris for any occasion!
I visited this restaurant on 3/17/23. It had been 4 years since my last visit. On this occasion, I took my parents for their wedding anniversary. This was also their first time visiting. We had a great experience and our steaks were cooked to perfection! That steak was so delicious that I don’t have words to express! I also had the chop salad and that too was the best salad I have ever tasted from a steakhouse!
It was quiet.peaceful atmosphere,light jazz.Food was good to me.Had the Lobster Bisque/Steak,Lamb chops and asparagus.The Nola Mule was good also.🥃Server was Tori she did a good job was courteous and informative.Our table was attended to after our meal by Kai & he was also friendly.Hostesses were still nice to us upon our arrival without a reservation.Took the Crème Brûlée home for birthday dinner dessert.Wasn’t disappointed with my experience at all.👍Would recommend to others.
