Really high quality, would recommend the chocolate devotion. Service was slow, but they were understaffed

Under new management!!!
After hearing my concerns the manager called today to let me know he had all of the icing that caused this thrown out and he was making efforts to ensure this won’t happen again.

The new owner / manager is plagued by years of poor reviews. Which is a shame. Because he is trying to fix things! He fired all of the rude old staff and is dedicated to making this place better. And he is investing in the community. As a long time Cold Stone fan, I will be happy to go back under new ownership. If you have a positive experience with the new owner please post it! Let’s see if we can reset those years of ratings under new management.
This the by far the best dessert place. You must try their oreo shake and brownie I cream with pecans. They also have various icecream cake options you can try .
Recently ordered a custom cake for my son’s birthday. The cake was divine - thick layers of rich creamy ice cream alternating with delicious vanilla cake. With mix-ins, y’all! While delicious, the cake wasn’t made exactly as we requested. My son was a little bummed. I spoke with Nash who runs the Vienna location and he went above and beyond to make things right. We happily ordered a second cake, this time for my daughter’s birthday. Not only did Nash personally take care of the cake to ensure it was made correctly, but he also threw in a generous discount. Thank you, Vienna Cold Stone!
i love the ice cream’s creamy texture it sure does justice to its name...
As a vanilla connoisseur, I found a strong, but smooth vanilla in their offering ... and no disagreeable aftertaste. For the rest of it, the store and bathroom was clean, the "performance" of mixing the ice cream with condiments created a pleasant interest, and the staff was friendly. The management offered a fundraiser for our school (Bishop O'Connell), which brought us in. Parking a little tight, but plenty with a short walk. Highly recommend the visit.
I've gone to this location three times and each time I've had a good experience. I'm not sure about other people's comments. I'm fairly fastidious about my food being clean so I check it out prior to eating. The strawberry cheesecake is tasty and full of fruit. There servings are fairly large. They are pricey and don't have the largest seating area which is my reasoning for loss of a star. All in all it's a nice place for desert after dinner.
Brought my family of 8 to this place on a Saturday night. There were only two girls working - including the manager, Elizabeth. We were served promptly and received our ice cream very quickly. VERY FRIENDLY. Elizabeth makes our visits there a great one.
Went there near closing hours. Nice ice cream. They ended up making a larger scoop so put it in a larger cup but charged for like it only.
Parking was easily available.
During my visit to Vienna town, I stopped by this shop. It was clean, ice cream was delicious, customer service was excellent. I would love to stop by again when I get there one day.
