Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not all chipotles are managed equally. Don’t get me wrong; they’re all good. This one, however, is exceptional! Excellent management and service, every time I come in and especially today, when I ordered. Chipotle corporate makes it difficult to modify orders sometime - for logistical reasons it makes sense - the manager of this chipotle made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you. Food has the power to change someone’s day, and you made my day brighter!

This place is very clean and I really love the customer service very professional and welcoming not like the stores where the front people are women and the are very very rude and they pretend the own the place I don’t know why but man are much better a this type of business on the front managers please only put man a the front if you wanna people come back if you do put a women always check they personality Make sure they are professional and welcoming with everyone .I am so happy to be here From the other stores that I’ve been in the whole country this is one of the best stores clean professional and very kind thank you guys for amazing customer service.

Over the years I grew up loving Chipotle. Chipotle was a happy place for me, and has become a place I go to when I’m bored, when I’m busy, when I’m happy or sad. Something about sitting in a chipotle and browsing through Reddit as I eat during my lunch hour just hits different. This chipotle on Maple Ave, is the reason I feel so fondly about chipotle. I’ve gone here since I was very young and will continue to come here for years to come. Perfect proportions, great management, wonderful seating inside, perfect location. Thank you Chipotle.

I came in here tonight and it was pretty cool with probably about five groups of people already seated and enjoying heir meal. There wasn't much of a line, so I went up to place my order for the steak bowl. The first thing that I noticed was that there was no lettuce available. The Server who was working behind the counter explained the situation hat they are having with heir supplier. I completely understood. To substitute that, they were offering customers a different type of romaine lettuce, and I was cool with that. During this conversation, I wasn't sure if the Server added sour cream to the bowl. She confirmed that she did. I also requested if she wouldn't mind adding just a few more pieces of steak, because the toppings she was adding seemed a little thin to begin with. She replied that "I will have to charge you extra for that". This response kind of took me back, but I was like OK. I get to my table and find out that there was no sour cream in fact. This is when I got a little bit irritated. The male employee at the register see!Ed to notice my dismay, and asked me if everything was alright. I explained to him what happened. He went right up and filled up two small plastic cups with pieces of steak and sour cream. Thanks for taking care of it!

5 star Chipotle that is an otherwise 3.5 star chain these days, as many alternative healthy options with similar format have emerged. All food was very fresh, beans, chicken, rice, cheese. Very good social distancing practices, staff wearing masks and gloves and hand sanitizer available for customers all over. Fine-in options outside. Traditional payment option, but you can order ahead and go contactless.

A nice Chipotle location. Parking is very limited though. The food is generally warm to hot in temperature, with portions being average versus small at other locations throughout the area. Grilled vegetables have gotten slightly spicier, although not too bad. Tables are usually clean, free of trash and food particles.
