Will I drive 45 mins out of my way any day of the week for this place? The answer is 100,000% yes all the time. Chiang Mai Thai Kitchen is a hidden gem in Victor, ID. Everything I've eaten here is unique, flavorful, and perfectly done. It's way better than any other Thai place in surrounding towns, both Jackson and Driggs. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. An absolute must if you're in the area... If you think you like Thai food, you know nothing until you've eaten here!

5 stars all the way!! This is the best thai food in the area hands down. You don't want to miss this place. From the friendly staff to the awesome cuisine, this place is amazing. The Thai Fruit Salad, Issan Sausage, Khao Soi and Sauteed Garlic were fantastic and are highly recommended. The food is authentic, the portions are very filling and the prices are on point. Be sure to stop in for lunch or dinner, you won't regret it!

Hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had anywhere. Which is odd, Victor ID is not where one would expect to find the best Thai food. I usually get the Thai stir fried veggies which are delicious and always make me feel like I can climb a mountain afterwards. The crispy Rot ti puff pasty was a great dessert option too! Highly recommend you stop in here if you can

We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees for an early carryout dinner. (1) Khao Soi - their highly recommended dish. Bold, classic Thai flavors. Coconut milky broth. Noodles. Lots of add-ins (picked mustard greens, shallots, lime, cilantro...). And of course crispy egg noodles. We both thought it was very good. (2) Khao Man Gai - not reviewed because we filled up on other stuff. (3) Khai Luuk Khey (fried boiled eggs). Perfect jammy eggs, with a crispy-fried outer coating and shallots on top. Delicately flavored otherwise. Very good and kind of fun. (4) extra peanuts. Enough said. Highly recommended!

This is the best Thai food we have had in a long, long time !!! We had the ribs and veggie egg roll appetizers. Ribs were tasty and not salty. The veggie egg roll was not greasy , cooked to perfection. We had the fried rice with pork and the fried rice with shrimp . Again cooked to perfection , not salty and the spice level was exactly as requested. The employees were friendly and very very attentive . We will be back, many times .

Great food and service! Who knew this tiny town hid such a culinary gem? To quote my husband, "that was really good. I would definitely eat that again."

It was a night to splurge, and we did so with happiness. The Thai Hot Pot, with pork and shrimp plates was a brilliant combination of flavors. The marinated pork was tender and tasty. So much so that I had the rest of the broth and veggies loaded up to take home when we were done. The local is beautiful, in the Teton Valley and the service was superb. The waitress was friendly and helpful.

Being from Chicago I thought I tried great Thai food. Chiang Mai Thai changed my mind and set the bar for me. We had a wonderful experience here. Staff/service was excellent. Caring, pleasant, and attentive. Made us feel welcome. The food is spectacular. Be it the simple university noodles, or any of the appetizers, it comes out fresh and appealing to the eyes. The dishes burst with flavor and scream authentic Thai. The champ here though is the Khao Soi. It takes the trophy for best flavor. You will be unable to not slurp these noodles. The broth is scrumptious and irrisitable. I strongly recommend. Excellent job guys! Keep up the great work.
