Amazing Experience. My friend and I were at the Distillery in Victor last Friday night. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and boneless wings. The food was delicious the service stellar. Both Todd and Stevie were friendly and attentive. They made sure we felt welcome and that we never went without a thing. I was more than impressed by the way they knew what we needed even before we knew it ourselves! I will definitely be coming back especially on Monday and Wednesdays as we were informed there is a special in which most drafts are $3.00 or less and I definitely recommend others do the same.
Great new addition. This new location adds another great spot to eat in Victor and the food is always a win. Should provide good competition for Champps.
The pulled pork, sweet potato fries and roasted broccoli was excellent. Rated the food a 4 ad the Cheddar Bacon Burger wasn't cohesive. Not sure if it was the tomato or bacon that had a bit of an odd flavor.
Prices were reasonable. Convenient location and excellent, friendly service.
Great sports bar atmosphere with a large beer selection. Our server was awesome and the food was great! They have a lot of deals and happy hour specials. Whether you need to grab a quick bite, or have dinner for ten, you can't go wrong. There is special parking if you want to order takeout.
I've heard a lot of good things about the distillery and my first time visiting was affirming of those rumors. Fantastic service, delicious food, and a great place to go for game day.
I would have added more photos but we all ate immediately as the food came out, it was amazing. We had a 6 top, but still fast service and great quality of the food. I ordered the street tacos AND I WISH I TOOK A PICTURE. it was extremely awesome!!
We were there for a rehearsal dinner. The food was good. Pizza, wings, salads, a ton of great desserts. The facility is upscale brew-pub, and the staff was nice, though interaction was limited to getting drinks.
My biggest critique is that the beer selection was mostly IPAs and lite beers. As a beer lover, that was enough of a shortcoming that after one of the only(?) ales they had, I switched to Scotch.
I'm probably older than their usual crowd, but am from Northern Virginia where we have a ton of breweries and wineries. There's always a prevalence of overly happy IPAs that seem to be popular, but also red and brown ales, plus stouts and porters, for those of us with different preferences.
I'd go back if I was in the area.
I order from here frequently. The burgers are amazing. My favorite in the area. Patty is always on point. Just enough flavor to let the meat shine. I keep my burgers simple, like I would grilling in the backyard for a party in the summer.
Wings are also great. Crispy but not dry. Great sauce action. Good fries too.
They do what they do well and I've never had an issue at all. I do stay in my lane for what I like but, I'll take consistently great food everyday. Love them.
I came here with my Mother in Law and I have been to the other Distillery's around Rochester but this was the first time here. I got the Guinness Burger and she got wings and they were amazing! Now what else was amazing was our waitress. I really with I could remember her name but she did amazing! If she has tattoos of sunflowers and a tree that is her.
Pub food. Parking was plentiful. Waitress never came back to refill drinks and gave us one check for the entire party without asking how we wanted the bill and we were all separate. They do have a gluten-free menu.
We stopped for lunch, 4 people, we ordered wings, loaded fries, burgers, pulled pork sandwiches and everything was delicious. Service was friendly and atmosphere is simple and welcoming. I recommend this restaurant.

We arrived around 6:00 pm and nobody was at the hostess station for a few minutes, once she returned we were added to a 30 minute wait list. We went to the bar to wait. There was lots of space at the bar and empty tables available there. I'm not sure why this option wasn't offered as an alternative to a 30 min wait?
We sat at the bar, got drinks and ordered food. I walked back over to an empty hostess stand to cancel my reservation, on my way back to the bar I saw the hostess speaking with another employee and let her know to cancel our reservation.
Now the good stuff, our bartender was attentive and made the best mojito we have ever had, fresh lime, mint and it was awesome! Our food was also great, we had the steakhouse salad and the chicken spiedie, both freshly made and very tasty. The chicken spiedie was very similar to the gyros bowl, I asked the bartender which he preferred and it was the spiedie, glad I asked.
The other awesome thing . . If you're over 55, ask for the senior discount, it's available daily until 9pm, we received 20% off our food just like that!
