Very tasty food truck tacos. We had visited the next door Native Roots store and decided to stay and have lunch since it was such a nice sunny day. So glad we did! Very friendly staff and very tasty street tacos. A variety of excellent salsas and sauces to try as well. Highly recommend.

Best Mexican food I've ever had in Vail Valley...in over 25 years! Ordered Chicken Burrito, Pork Taco and chips/guac to-go tonight and it was stellar...even after the 10 minute drive back to East Vail. Muy delicioso and muchas gracias! $$$ tip for y'all when I return.

On a camping trip just looking for some food and run across one of the best vegan burritos I’ve ever had?! Had to go a second time on the way out of town because it was so delicious. Pair with a Dad’s root beer from Vail Brewing (or beer if that’s your thing) and you’ll have yourself a perfect afternoon.

Stellar tacos, tortas or burritos. Every option is bursting with flavors. Not to mention right next to a brewery. Doesn’t get much better than that. Amazing as always. Putting a Rocky Mountain Taco food truck by Vail Brewing was an absolutely fantastic idea. Try the green salsa it's flavorful but not too hot. I love that they have multiple vegan options.

Rocky Mountain Taco is SO GOOD I literally eat here everytime I'm in town. Id suggest the alambre, carnitas, and chips/guac but everything is delicious! The cremas and salsas are on point and really elevate the food. Can't wait to eat here again!

This place is hands down the best food we have had in Avon/Vail. I was skeptical at first, it is a food truck after all. However we were blown away. The Carne asada torta was absolutely amazing, we even got a second one to take home with us. Stop here if you can, and don't let the fact that it's a small truck deter you, it's absolutely amazing!!
