Qdoba Mexican Grill

Great food! Clean, and friendly staff! I’ve never had a better view while eating a taco. Finished a full day of skiing and stopped here before heading back to Denver. Even though it was one exit the opposite direction, it was definitely worth it. We couldn’t have eaten anywhere better or faster so we still saved time on our trip home!

The worst service I have ever had. They were very rude to my friend and I. The workers were talking to each other as they were taking our order so they didn’t hear us and then would just put random things on. I asked for a naked burrito and they started to make a burrito, I asked for black and pinto beans and they only gave me black, and I ordered shrimp and they put a scoop of steak on and the told me I needed to wait for shrimp to be ready which was totally fine, but I don’t like steak nor did I order it. They rolled their eyes as you ordered and didn’t seem like they cared to be there. I love Qdoba but this experience was very upsetting.

WOW!! If I could give less than one star I would. The girl with the pink shoes on was absolutely so RUDE to my boyfriend and I. She would roll her eyes at us and not even help us when we asked questions. They weren’t listening to anything we wanted on our food. The chicken was SO over cooked and burnt. My boyfriend wanted another meat because it was so burnt and they wouldn’t allow him to get another meat because it was already on his burrito. They were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The customer service was AWFUL. They were not only rude to us but other people line. I do not recommend coming here because they will treat you with disrespect and act like you are an inconvenience to them. We asked for queso and chips and they gave us a small side of queso, not the big one like it said on the menu. Think before coming here!! I could have had better service next door at McDonald’s and Joy Sushi.

Rude as hell. Every time I go I tell them I want to "make it a meal" with chips and a drink as per the menu. Every time they add a drink and a full chips and queso. I made sure the manager heard me today and I was trying to get his attention as I was getting rung up. He ignored me as I was ordering and had an attitude when I asked to have it fixed. The truck order was still in the way in the dining room and blocking the drink machine while the manager was just hanging out.

Came here yesterday. The steak was overcooked and sitting too long - obviously completely dried out, queso hadn't had heat under it in hours and was congealed (my partner got it anyway and is currently sick from it) and the girl making my burrito confused the pork and brisket and gave me brisket when I asked for pork. The other employee corrected her when making my partner's burrito but she did not speak up and correct her mistake with mine. Just...ick.
