We always enjoy our meals here and are always impressed with the high quality, but Kevin recently went above and beyond on a take-out sushi order, catching a potential food allergen and suggesting an alternative. Great food and amazing customer service!
This is an excellent place in the city for Sushi. They have a terrific menu to suit your fancy if you are not going for sushi. Very nice atmosphere, and friendly staff! Love it!

Such a wonderful experience eating at Nguyen. Fresh seafood, great sushi and the staff are top notch! I eat here at least once a week and wish I could eat there more!
We found this place by the favorable reviews on Urban Spoon (now Zomato) and, concur with the majority that this place is really good. They don not have a bar but they allow BYOB. We live a little over an hour away so we can't make it as often as we would like. However, anytime we are even remotely close we try to make it there. We found the food and service to be consistently excellent. If this place was in or near Pittsburgh they would be lined up around the block to get in! Basically, this place is excellent all around!!! Try it - you'll like it!
Love love love. Not only is the sushi delicious, seriously some of the best I've had and I used to live in Houston TX, so I've had a pretty good sampling. The cooked food is also delicious! The waiters are always great and Kevin always makes sure to say hello to his regulars. People are complaining about price increases but seriously the quality you get its so worth it and the prices are comparable to cost in Morgantown for similar restaurants. Over the summer I had gotten really sick and had major surgery. Nuygen was the first place I went when I was healthy enough to go out. I literally dreamed about the sunset roll.
This place is my favorite restaurant! I get 5-7 sushi rolls every time. All the waiters and waitresses who work here are all great. I come here about once every two weeks.
Love It. Our family, and anyone we've ever taken there, loves this restaurant. The food from appetizers to desserts is very delicious and presented beautifully. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. We've always loved going there, we go at least once a week, and recently they've made improvements to the decor in the restaurant and changed the menu a little. My husband tried the new Pan Seared Alaska Halibut and won't stop talking about how delicious it was. I'm thrilled to have such a special restaurant in Uniontown and would rather pay a little more for quality, taste and improvement, than have a restaurant go down hill and skimp, (which happens a lot). We love it even more!

Delicious! I’ve been here a couple times in the last couple months. The staff are very friendly. The food is delicious. It’s usually not busy in there, but the dining area is really clean and nicely decorated.
They start out by asking if anyone in the party has any allergies, which I really appreciate. I am a Celiac and I really enjoy them starting out with this rather than having to explain my allergy when ordering! All allergens are clearly indicated on the menu and many dishes can be made to cater to your specific allergy. I felt very safe here. I highly recommend for everyone, including those with allergies/dietary restrictions!

I cannot say enough about Nguyen and it's owners!! We absolutely love their food from the days of their first restaurant down in Pgh area, and make the drive from the South Hills several times a year to indulge in their incredible food. Sushi and fish is FRESH and everything else divine. 💓💓💓💓💓💓
